Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam clay, or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m & lead up to 30.0 Mtr & including filling,watering and ramming ofexcavated earth in to the trenches or in to the space between the building and the sides of foundataion trenches or in to the plinth and removal & disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer- In-Charge up to a distance of 30.0 Mtr from the foundation trenches .as per S.I no 251

Cement concrete with 40mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in proportions of 1:4:8 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plant etc required for proper completion of the work. S.I. No-281

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.5 F.M. and 2cm (3/4'') Gauge approved stone grit in propottions of 1:2:4 on lintels of door and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work including cost of binding wire.

First class/class-150 Brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 F.M. modulous mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & tools & plants etc. requied for proper completion of the work.

P/A of 1 mm avg thickness of white cement based wall putty including all labour material T&P

P/A of one coat as primer coat and one coats of OIL BOUND DISTEMPER of aprooved quality

Steel work in heavy/small size, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Electric resistance or induction butt welded tubes.

Supply & fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80x1.25mm (3''X18 GUAGE) cold rolled M.S. lath inter locked throughout their entire length and joined together at the end of end locks and mounted on specially disigned pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete but excluding the cost of top cover and springs. Excluding GST

Providing and applying of three coats one coat as primer coat and two caots of enemel paint all complete work

Providing and fixing 27.5 cm. Long wire spring grade II for roalling shutters.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutter.
