Repair to internal drains, culverts and stone pitching of open drains and cleaning of manholes, covered drains, culverts alongwith replacement of covers and certain other misc masonry work at CME Pune

Cleaning and desilting of existing drains channel including removing shrubs, vegitation from drain, channel of any size & depth all as directed by EIC.

Demolition of Brick work or stone / boulder masonry and precast block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. incl coping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for pre cast PCC block mosonry Type C-1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm width and set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone masonry random rubble, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted in CM 1:6 in retaining walls abutments brought upto courses including necessary provn of weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser. Item No. 4 above, but except stone complete all as specified. Note :- Serviceable stone obtained from sl. No. 2 shall be re-used in this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surfaces n.exc 40mm to face of stones and dressing of face, beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Raking out joints / pointing to random rubble masonry built in cement mortar in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought up to courses in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drain complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un re-inforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bands, plinth courses, parapets etc like incl weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered throating complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of RCC slab other than ground floors and similar suspended works reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar articles with plain faces including necessary use any waste of form work complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F MS TMT Bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, incl cranking, bending, for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plastering on concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry

M&L boulder pitching handpacked tightly in vertical bunds with sloping face pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 19 above, but except boulder complete all as specified and directed.

S&F For 110 mm, PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,as in weep holes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing 100mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 mtr depth from ground level by rodding or by any means and blowing water through pipe for efficient functioning complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing 150mm dia sewage line upto 1.00 mtr depth from ground level by rodding or by any means and blowing water through pipe for efficient functioning complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.23 above, but depth exc 1.0 mtr but not exc. 2.0 mtr from ground level

Cleaning of existing sewage line exceeding 150mm dia but not exceeding 250mm dia exc. 1.00 mtr and not exc. 2 mtr depth from ground level by rodding or any means and blowing water through water pipe for efficient functioning complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing man holes 1.00 mtr deep (depth of manholes) by removing slit, stone, solid particles to make smooth flow, removing the material obtained/taken out, to a distance not less than 50 mtr complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 27 above, but depth of manholes exc 1.00 mtr but not exc. 2.00 mtr.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.50m wide and 1.50m depth for foundation, man hole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for RCC drain pipes 150mm, class NP-3 laid in trenches and jointed complete with collar all as specified inlcuding demolition of old pipe complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item No.33 above, but 200mm dia

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to RCC drain pipes including packing under and hunching against side of pipes with concrete after they are laid and join ted, dia of pipe 150mm complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as item No.35 above, but sewage line exceeding 150 mm dia and not exceeding 250mm dia of depth exceeding 1.00 meter and not exc. 2 metre

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
