NS-1 Supply of double circuit utility mono pole suitable for 132 KV DC lines (price offered for all structural components of the pole. Anchor Bolts, Anchor Plate and Template as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-2 Installation part:- Unloading assembly and erection of 132 KV double circuit pole as per HVPNL technical specifications.

NS-3 Civil Part:- Construction of foundation for 132 KV double Circuit Pole as per HVPNL technical specifications

NS-4 Const. of RCC cable trench culvert as per HVPNL DRG No. HCD) SK-201 approved by HVPNL and as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-5 Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of D/C 1200mm Sq. copper milliken conductor 132 KV XLPE Cable including loops and riser in flat formation with one spare cable for each circuit (6+2) and civil works complete in all respects including in main holes for jointing bays, if required on through rate basis as per technical specification with trench method (directly buried) (tentative length of trench 440 Mtr.) as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work. NS-6 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of end terminations as per technical specification suitable for above cable as per bidder's standard design as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-7 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Link box with SVL (to be decided as per requirement as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-8 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Link box without SVL (to be decided as per requirement as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-9 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1x300mm2, copper conductor, PVC insulated,unarmourd, 6.6 KV sheath bonding cable(to be decided as per requirement as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-10 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 120 KV Las with Surge Conductor , Structure (as per HVPN structure no. HNW/ST-63R) and earthing material as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-11 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of terminal connectors including Hardware fitting & ACSR Zebra conductors, Polymer etc. as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-12 Supply, erection & Laying of warning tape as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-13 Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of security arrangement of the area covering monopole/gantry, LA & Cable termination structure as per bidder's design to be got approved from HVPNL etc. and as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-14 Dismentalment of Tower and their transportation & proper stacking of 1 no. at any dedicated store of HVPNL. The dismentalment of tower shall also include dismentalment of sub concrete upto a depth of 1M (one meter) from natural ground level, back filling, compaction and clearing the site of debris as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Total weight of Dismentalment Tower = 1918.58 KG

Total amount = 1918.58*72 = 138137.76*5% = 6906.88/-

NS-15 Dismentalment of Tower and their transportation & proper stacking of one no. at any dedicated store of HVPNL. The dismentalment of tower shall also include dismentalment of sub concrete upto a depth of 1M (one meter) from natural ground level, back filling, compaction and clearing the site of debris as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work

Total weight of Dismentalment Tower = 26007.528

Total amount = 26007.528*72 = 1872542*5% = 11552.004/-

NS-16 Dismentalment work to be quoted in erection part: Dismentalment of existing of 0.2Sq" ACSR conductor complete with H/W fitting insulator for the above line their transportation & proper stacking at dedicated store of HVPNL and as per HVPNL technical specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

NS-17 Supply and erection of pipe type earthing of tower as per HVPNL specifications complete in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Special Note:- Non availability certificate from HVPNL authority will be taken by the contractor and same shall be submitted to Electrical Division, PWD B&R Br., Rohtak before executing the work.
