1. Strengthening of road from Ayyampatti to agriculture road 0/0 -1/10

Clearing scrub jungle by uprooting including all cutting charges and depositing of the products and clearing as directed by the departmental officers including all incidental charges etc. complete.Sl.No. 17(3)

Picking the existing metal surface 7.5 cm much removing the picked up stuff to the sides, collection all useful metal leveling and sectioning top camper power roller ansolidation by power roller etc.,

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III(63mm to11.20mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively) and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I(Mix -in - place method) Rate for 10sqm

Applying TACK COAT over WBM surface at 4Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying premix carpet with seal coat type A, 20mmconsolidated thickness using IRC size machine broken HBG metal 0.18cum of 13.2mm and 0.09cum of machine crushed broken HBG metal of 11.20mm with 14.60kg of bitumen for premixing for 10sqm of premix carpet and 0.09cum 0.09cum of 6.70mm IRC size machine broken HBG metal with 9.80kgs of bitumen for sealcoat including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry including the cost of bitumen which will be supplied departmentally and cost will be recovered at the rates specified in the special condition appended herewith and including conveyance bitumen to workspot handling charges for the same at both ends including labour charges for heating the bitumen to required temperature and mixing the required quantity of metal and bitumen using mini hot mix plant conveying the mix by wheel borrow including labour charges for spreading the mix to grades,lines and profile and consolidation with power roller rolling etc.,including hire,fuelcharges and running charges for mini hot mix plant,power roller and all other tools and plants employed &all incidental charges such as barricading, providing danger lights etc.,complete complying with standard specification(Payment shall be made for the finished item of work after compaction)No.509&513 of MOST.

Collection & Supply of Red Gravel including cost and conveyance, stacking to Departmental gauge for taking premeasurements etc., complete as per standard specification.

Earth work excavation borrow pts to filling in all classes of soil such as sand sit or other loose soil, wet sand, or silet not undr water, light black cottong soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth as per SS 20A

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Providing and layiing pre-mix carpet 20mm thickness using 0.18cum of 13.2 IRC machine crushed metal 0.09cum of 11.2mm IRC machine crushed metal with 14.60Kg of Bitumen for pre-mixing 10 sqm of pre-mix carpet and laying separately Seal coat type "A" using .09 cum of 6.70mm IRC HBG chips with 9.80 Kg of Bitumen for 10sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement heating the bitumen boiler heating the aggregate and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for pre-mix carpet and rolling by 80-100 KN power roller including labour charges for spreading hire and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant, bitumen boiler, all other tools and plants employed etc., complete

Maintenance of PMGSY Road Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under TNRRIS including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
