Construction of masonry type T/F plinth, suitable for mounting of distribution transformer. Size of the plinth will be 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 1.5 mtr (LxBxH) solid with brick work. 75 mm thick C.C. in ratio 1:4:8 with cement, coarse sand and brick ballast laid on the base and 75 mm thick done on all the exposed sides to the plinth as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Placement of 11/0.4 KV T/F from dump site to newly constructed T/Fs Plinth & installation and commissioning of 250 KVA T/F and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work.

Supply & Fixing of following materials for above job-

Al. Lugs for 250 KVA T/F @ 04 nos. for each T/F

Copper L-piece of appropriate size @ 04 nos. for each T/F

Insulated Lead of Single Core Al. Cable of size 25 sqmm for HT side connection @ 30 mtr for each T/F

Earthing of Neutral of Transformer & Transformer body by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 40 ft. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X5 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral & Body connection being done by G.I. Strip as per RESPO norms . (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Fixing of L.T. Tailless Fuse Unit with 01 nos. I/C and 03 nos. O/G Circuit arrangement by erection & fabrication of Distribution Pillar Box Pinth and LT Distribution Pillar Box including all associated work as per RESPO Norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Henley type tailless unit of 500 Amp @ 03 nos. for each LT Fuse Unit with fuse wire of appropriate rating

LT Distribution Pillar Box with Canopy type top along with front & back opening double door with locking arrangement made of MS Sheet

Copper bus bar of appropriate size @ 03 nos. for each LT Fuse Unit

Al. Bus bar of appropriate size @ 01 nos. for each LT Fuse Unit

Al. Lugs/Clamps of diff. sizes @ 16 nos. for each LT Fuse Unit

Painting of LT Pillar Box with 02 coat red oxide paint and 02 coat enemal red paint.

Laying of LT PVC Cable of size 1x400 sq mm from Transformer to LT Fuse Unit system including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT PVC Cable)

Fabrication and erection of Distribution Transformer fencing around Transformer and L.T. Distribution Pillar Box with frame size 3x2.4 Mtr. Including cost of M.S. Angle size 40x40x5 and M.S. Flat size 35x5, fixing of welded steel wire fabric on steel frames by welding of 10SWG wire fabric, including Painting of two coats of paint in iron based surfaces with ready mixed paint to give bus green shade including cleaning of oil & dust as per RESPO norms. (All the material will be arranged by the contractor)

Mounting of following Transformer on double pole including its cartage and dragging from dump site to pit site & installation and commissioning of T/Fs and All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work. (All the required materials as 04 nos.-Al. Lugs for each T/F, Nut & bolts for S/S Angle etc for this job shall be provided by contractor except T/Fs and LT PVC Cable)

Laying of LT PVC Cable of size 3.5x150 sq mm/3.5x70 sq mm from Transformer to LT Fuse Unit system including all associated work. (All the required materials for above job shall be provided by contractor except LT PVC Cable)

Earthing as per RESPO Norms.

Laying stringing and sagging of O/H Three Phase L.T. Line by ABC of diff. size including all associated work with joint/jumpers and binding of insulator as required.
