M&L for cleaning the surface of RCC wall and floor surface with wire brush, detecting the sources of leakages for repairing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for drilling 15mm holes into the RCC wall/Slab up to 75mm or D/2 as per site requirement and fixing the metallic packer of dia10/12mm dia Aqua TP grouting Nipple and sealed as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for grouting of grouting material in Nipple/Metalic Packer using DR MIRACLE WAC @ 5Kg/Sqm of grout, prepared by mixing DR MIRACLE WAC powder with water as per manufacturer and 2% DR MIRACLE RETROMER (part-B) to make grout material and applying by grouting pump @ 5-7 Kgf/SqCm pressure and as per manufacturer instruction. These operation to be done by authorised applicator only and as per direction of engineer in Charge.

M&L for drilling 20mm holes into the RCC Raft/Floor up to 75mm or D/2 as per site requirement and fixing the metallic packer of dia 19mm dia Aqua TP grouting Nipple and sealed as per manufacturers instruction all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for grouting by three stage methodology for grouting by using DR MIRACLE SS/WAC/RTF powder mixed with water and add 2% DR MIRACLE RETROMER (Part 'B') and grout the material @ 25Kg/Sqm material by grouting pump @ 10 to 12 Kgf/Sq Cm pressure and as per manufacturer instruction. These operation to be done by authorised applicator only and as per direction of engineer in Charge.

Removing/Cutting of Packers/Nipple and making good in CM 1:3 and level the wall and floor surface without damaging structural elements complete all as directed.

M&L for application of two coats of polymerized cementious water proofing coat by using DR MIRACLE HYFLEX (2 component) @ 4.0 Kg/Sqm (1.50Kg Polymer: 2.50Kg DR MIRACLE Part 2) all as per manufacturer and authorised applicator and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement/or as per manufacturer instruction, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid for separetely as 'Supply Only')

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises.

S & F for 3.00mm thick ESD Vinyle PVC Mosaic, Marbled or Motted Finish flooring sheets/Tiles fixed with approved adheshive including cleaning all dirt etc and repairing of existing PCC floor by using Epoxy chemical complete as in flooring all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Audit of fire fighting system installed at Fire Pump House at Sekhon Vihar as under: Objective 1-To find out the drop in performance of main fire pumps 75 HP (02 nos) Jockey pump 15 HP (02 nos), MS pipe line of size 80 mm to 200 mm, Sluice valve of size from 80 mm to 200 mm, NRV of size from 80mm to 200 mm, yard hydrants, wet risers etc to ascertain the fire fighting capacity of hydrant 2- Fire Safety Audit -To audit the Fire safety arrangement. 3- Audit of Emergency Preparedness Methodology 1. Shut of the complete hydrant system and measure head of the pump. 2. Adjust head of the pump by existing valve of the hydrant, measure the flow of water by opening the hydrant accordingly. 3. Hydrant to be opened to be delivered 125% of the flow. 4. To check the rpm of pump at each operating point. 5. Draw performance curve to show actual verses original pump data. Note: Audit of fire fighting system shall be done by specialist Govt approved agencies or having sufficient experiance of work in any Govt Oraganization / PSUs.

M&L for General overhauling & servicing of electrical driven pump set of 75 HP alongwith Diesel Engin pump including cleaning greasing, oiling, gasket ball bearing etc all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge Note cost of transportation, loading and lifting are deemed to be fit in quoted rates by the contractor.

M&L for Servicing & general overhauling of Diesel engine pump set by replacing gas ket, engine oil air filter, oil filter etc of including gasket, greasing complete as required 4 R 1040 T of 94 BHP make :-Kirloskar Note cost of transportation, loading and lifting are deemed to be fit in quoted rates by the contractor.

Three year comprehensive maintenance including operating costs after two years of defect liability period. They would include the following items: (a) Monthly sim charges. The contractor would ensure supply of appropriate SIMs to ensure necessary single availability. The contractor would change the sim or sim provider as required. In case of network issues, the contractor would liaison with the telecom service providers for necessary resolution. (b) Software AMC. This would include necessary upgradations in the software such as support to the chrome browser changes, android version changes , iOS version changes.
