Providing rigid centering shuttering staging and erecting the same on sloped surface of crest at the side of pier face including making aworking platform of set of 9.00m x5.00m from pier face along the repair zone for movement of man and machineries required for the work including dismantaling and removing of all materials after completion of the work. The rate includes mobilization, demobilisation, all taxes, cess etc of all materials atthe work site complete but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing closed deep chipping & cleaning the chipping area to RCC surface of working area including all labour, T&P, taxes cess etc complete but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling holes along the crack lines devloped at the junction of 1st and 2nd stage concrete of wall plates of radial gate to a depth of 100mm, supplying and fixing of maximum 12mm dia M.S/ PVC. Nipples with non return provision, 150mm long and suitable plug (outer) with minimum embedment of 100 mm inside concrete, cleaning air washing of nipple, subsequent cutting/ removal of nipples and sealing of holes as necessary, after completetion of grouting with putty including cost, conveyance taxes of nipples, pluge, putty and all other materials hire and running charges of all machineries, labour, T&P, cess etc completed but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 12mm thick C.P in CM(1:3) finished smooth over surface of RCC (including Xypex admixture C-2000 compound and Xypex concrete wash or its equivalent materials as per manufacturer specification including watering, curing, cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts and delifts including using good quality sand from approved qurry etc. complete but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Sand to be screened as per IS speecification)

Coating of crystalline materials with a paint brush by using all safety equipments and nessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height as mentioned below including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Pre-wetting of concrete mass through nipples for 24 hours befour grouting, grouting nipples from the elevation to higher by cement of OPC 43 grade or higher with suitable non-shrinking of make POSROC, SIKKA, MC including cost conveyance royalty taxes of cement of non-shrinking compound hire and running charges of all electrically operated grout pump, having continuous mixing arrangment,water pump and all other machineries, T&P, labour, scaffolding up to any height etc. complete the work but excluding GST as per the instruction of manufactures and as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (the quantity may vary as per the actual requirement and payment will be made as per the actual consumption.)

Cutting of "U"shaped groove of Approx 25mm (W) x 50mm (D) along the construction joint with a chipping machine by using all safty equipments and necessary arrangements of Scaffolding to reach the required height. Also filling the U groove with high strength, cementious repair mortar having properties of crytaline and good bond strength but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Up Stream joint surface)

Repair of defective concrete, rock pockets, honeycombs and smoothening of surface by removing loose, delaminated or unsound concrete by using high pressure water blast, chipping or other means using all required tools and safty equipments along with necessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height. Also filling the U groove with high strength cementetious repair mortar i.e. Xypex Megamix II or PICC mortar or equivalent non-shrink mortar & resurfacing with the application of a 25 mm thickness having properties of crytalline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning the concrete surface by using Mechanical Tools, wire brush, T & P with all safety equipments and necessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height to make the surface clean and free of foreign material and contaminants including waterjet cleaning etc, with all leads and lifts including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

High strength Repair mortar- Piers, Spillway, etc. "Repair of defective concrete, rock pockets honeycombs and smoothening of surface by using all required tolls and safety equipments along with necessary arrangements of scaffolding to reach the required height. Also filling the "U" groove with high strength cementetious repair mortar having properties of crystalline and good bond strength with all leads and lifts including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of vertical porous drains (V.P.D) pipes by redrilling including removal of leaching materials, grout materials, if any and any other materials inside the VPD complete with all loads, lifts, delifts and removal and removal of debris from gallery to a lead of 1 km from adit of gallery including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of drainage holes of foundation gallery by redrilling reaming including removal of calcinated deposites and all other materials from the drainage holes and disposal of debris from gallery to a lead of 1.00 km from the adit of gallery but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with broom or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and compressed air to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all materials required for the work etc complete including all taxes but excluding GST as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning the existing Granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and /or compreesed air to receive bituminous treatment including cost of all materials required for the work etc complete including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thicknees and hand packing rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10ton in stage to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRTH Specification for road and bridge work (4th revision) including cost of all materials labour T&P taxes royalty cess etc complete including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying all material, labour, T&P for surface dressing with 12kg penetration grade of bitumen and 0.15cum of 19mm nominal size chips per 10sqm and rolling with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR including all materials, conveyance royalty cess etc complete but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chhipping and 14.6 kg penetration grade for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR, hot mix plant, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen complete including all taxes but excluding GST or as per specification and direction of the Engineer- in -charge.

Providing, laying 6mm thick precoted seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum to 6.7mm size crushed stone chhipping and 6.8 kg of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire and running charges PRR, hot mix plant, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost conveyance of chips and bitumen complete including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick sand including cost and conveyance of sand etc, complete including all taxes but excluding GST as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
