Upgradation/Modernization of Existing Parksunder Nazul A/c-II.Sub Head-Beautification of park by installing Flag Poles (Specialized Work), including maintenance for 3 years in South Zone and East Zone parks.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

b) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and installing stainless steel of greade 304 high mast flag pole with all accessories as detailed below.: a) Height of Pole = 12 m b) Bottom dia = 220 mm c) Top dia = 110 mm d) Base Plate = 350x350x20 mm e) Thickness of pipe = 3 mm / 4 mm f) Rope and Pulley = set of two pully g)Flag cloth 8'x12' = 2 Nos. (Knitted Polyster) h) System for raising lowering of flag. It shall have single drum winch, 4 mm dia stainless steel wire rope & integral power tool for raising & lowering flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of power tool single phase motor. i) 100 Watt LED Focus light 2 years warranty (Branded company) Bajaj Crompton. C & S etc. (4 Nos.) j) Any foundation/civil work as per attached drawing complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge (No extra payment shall be paid on any account).

Annual maintenance of flag 1st year -- free

2nd year

3rd year (Maintenance including replacement of flag, LED lights etc. and inspection of flag poles every fortnightly).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).
