Excavation of trench of size (0.60x0.60x0.75 metre) S.I. no. 251.

Supply laying & fixing of earthing mat of 32 mm dia M.S. rod including cartage, cutting, welding and binding etc.

Supply/Fixing/Piling of 32 mm dia 3M. Long earth electrode vertically for earthing.

Supply/laying of 50mmx6mm G.I. strip including cartage, cutting welding etc.

Supply and burying of 40mm diax4.5 meters long G.I. pipe vertically for earthing having 12mm dia holes spaced 75 mm aprat drilled up to 2 metre from the bottom complete with earthing lead of no. 6 to 8 SWG GI wire in G.I. pipe up to appron (and form appron to switch board the cost of G.I.wire and pipe will be extra) up to switch board 30 cm square C.I. box with hinged cover masonary enclosure, funnel at top, altenate layers of charcoal/coke and salt ate least 150 mm thick alround etc. as per directions of E/I complete in all respects. as per drawing analysis based on PWDSOR 2018 (701)

Supply and burying of 600mmx600mmx6.0 mm G.I. plate verically for earthing with its top at least 3 meters below ground level complete with 20mm dia G.I. pipe and funnel for watering and one earthing lead of one no. 8 to 10 SWG G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe up to (switch board form appron to switch board the cost of G.I. pipe and G.I. wire will be extra) 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover masonary housing alternate layers of charocal/coke and salt at least 150 mm thick alround etc as per directions of E/I complete in all respect. PWDSOR 2018 (702).

Supply and buryig of water level earthing as per direction by E/I. (PSR)

S/E of terminal gantry structure of M.S. channel joist 150mmx150mm, 8.5m long with 3.2m long sopport of same section. The gantry shall be grouted 1.8m below G.I. with 0.3m plinth above. G.I. in cement concrete (1:2:4) in foundation of size 2.20mmx0.190mmx1800 mm with plinth mounted on a stone pad of 300x300x75mm including earth excavation work filling making plinth of required height and with required fabrication as per drawing no. 1. complete in all respect as per direction of E/I.

S/E of busbar gantry structure of M.S. channel 150x150mm 27.10 kg/m 6.40 m above the ground level and 1.20m below G.I. The gantry shall be grouted in 1:2:4 cement concrete foundation size 2000mmx1000mmx1800mm (including 300mm plinth above G.I.) mounted on stone pad of 300x300x75mm including earth excavation back filling making plinth of required height and with requird fabrication as per drawing no. 2 complete in all respect as per deirection of E/I.

S/E of 33kv line isolator/bus isolator structure made of 125mmx65mm(10.7kg/m). Channel at a height of 2.5m. Above ground and 1m below ground on a cement concrete pad of 75m thick with 1:2:4 cement concrete foundation size 1000mmx900mmx1800mm including excavation back filling making plinth of required height and with required fabrication for obracing of M.S. flat 50x6mm, and top of M.S. angle size 75x75x8mm.
