M&L for 0.9mm thick Decorative laminate sheet type 1 of surface finish coloured and pattern as approved and fixed over plywood with approved adhesive all as specified

S&F solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down carefully un serviceable point wiring of light points, fan, socket out let on TW battens/PVC pipes/casing & caping including material like sockets, switches, ceiling roses, regulators, light fittings etc and removing the materials from site and making good the disturbed portion of walls/floors ceiling etc to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable MCBs, DBs, Main switches complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully light fitting any type size and make after disconnecting electric connection and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed portion of wall /floor ceiling etc to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan, of any sweep and make after disconnecting electric connection dismantling of blades, down rod and removing ceiling fan to store in safe custody complete all as specified and directed .

Hanging only ceiling fan (dismantled under item No- 19 above) and connecting up includung painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying duly filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust and writing mes number and provision of flexible wire from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete all as all as specified and directed .

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, single core cable FRLS with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia. and all accessories fixed to be consealed in wall & surface of the roof etc., including modular type terminal boxes made out of Galvanised sheet of thickness should be not lessthan 0.9mm thick for fixing of modular switches, modular fan regulators, modular socket outlet etc along-with suitable modular plate for housing switches, etc complete all as specified and as directed.
