Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder masonry laid dry including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc., and getting out in Soft/Loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates), as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work to side of foundation, sides and soffits of foundation beams, plinth beams etc for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete as specified and as directed. .

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc, also spalys between floors and beams etc.for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete as specified and as directed.

Form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchians circular on plan for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete as specified and as directed..

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns, piers, posts and struts.

M & L for Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for columns hooking ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

M & L Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required incl cranking, bending, spirally for columns hooking ends binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia

Ditto- all as per item no 12 above but 5mm dia and over as in stirrups spacers and binders

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls/floors

S & F Mild steel work in hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

S&F in repairs Concertina coils super barbed bladed profile of dia 600 mm and wt of coil for 50 spiral turns shall not be less than 9.0 kg and one coil (50 spiral) shall not be stretched to more than 6.0 m. Blade shall be 0.50mm thick galvanised steel strip and 2.5mm dia core wire fixed to angle iron brackets or masonry surfaces with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M & L broken glass coping on top walls in Cm (1:3)

S & F Mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings,framed guard bars, ladders etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work confiRming to Fe 290 Gde E-165

M & L Rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in with soils including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm

Removing debris and surplus soil to out side MD land
