Providing, fabrication and fixing in position Laboratory Working Table of below mentioned following sizes consisting of two shelves with shutter on right side, three drawers unit on left side & leg space with one shelves on center, Unit shall be made of 19 mm thick BWP board on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters and 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer units. Supporting frame shall be made of 14 swg thick 1”x1” MS square pipe fabricated in rectangle shape on top, one bracing all-around in bottom and four legs with height adjuster. Exposed exterior surface of Board (except granite stone top) shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate and interior surface with 0.8 mm thick laminate, edges with 4 mm thick melamine polished teak wood margin / PVC liping and MS square pipe shall be finished with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer. Not less than 15 mm thick polished z-black granite stone of adequate size shall be fixed on top with suitable adhesives including edge grinding chamfering & polishing including suitable locking arrangement, screws, fasteners, hinges, adhesives, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, handles/ knobs and all other necessary fitting/ fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fabrication and fixing in position Two Shelves Regent Rack (Hutch) with Frame of size 60"x18"x30" (to be common and properly fixed with lab tables). Supporting frame shall be made of 14 swg thick 1”x1” MS square pipe, wooden raceway made of 19mm thick BWP board to accommodate 2 nos. of switches/ sockets. Exposed surface of board/ ply shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate, edges with 4 mm thick melamine polished teak wood margin and MS square pipe shall be finished with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer. Not less than 15 mm thick polished z-black granite stone of adequate size shall be fixed on top of both shelves with suitable adhesives including edge grinding chamfering & polishing. Unit shall include screws, fasteners, adhesives and all other necessary fitting/ fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 600mm deep over head storage cabinet on top of regent rack made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters (both side) and 6mm thick BWP ply of approved mak at middle of cabinets as per drawing.1.0mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8mm thick laminets shal be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabintes including wooden lipping sutiable locking arrangement all type of screw fastners hinges/piano hinges, wooden screw adhesive polysing /painting iof lipping , magnetic catchers toverbolts door handales/knobs and all other type of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design drawinngs and site condition as directed by engineer in-charge (Only one side front elevation area shall be measured in sqm for payment).

Providing, fabrication and fixing in position Equipment Table of below mentioned following sizes made of 19 mm thick BWP board on top, supporting frame shall be made of 10 swg thick 38mmx38mm heavey duty MS square pipe fabricated as per design with height adjuster. Not less than 15 mm thick polished z-black granite stone of adequate size shall be fixed on top with suitable adhesives including edge grinding / chamfering & polishing , screws and all other necessary fitting/ fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fabrication and fixing in position sitting / computer table of size 3' wide, 6’ height, 2’ depth Made of 19mm thick BWP board, 6mm thick BWP ply back and 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer units, 1mm thick laminate of approved shade on all exposed faces, 08 mm thick balancing laminate on all unexposed faces, teak wood edging, overhead storage having two shutters & one shelve of the upper portion, Pin board covered with cloth shall be fixed in the middle, left side bottom portion shall have drawer unit including all hardware like handles, locks, magnetic catchers, hinges, all necessary fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Size 3' wide, 6’ height, 2’ depth

Design, Supply, fabrication and fixing of wooden shoe rack of size 42''x18''x32'' made of 19mm thick BWP board, 1mm thick laminate finished on all faces of board (except bottom), 4mm thick beading / lipping provided in front corner, side corner. the shoe rack should have provision of 08 no's of shoe box of size 21''x8'' including all necessary fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, fabrication and fixing in position Drawer Unit of size size 60'x18'x30'' having three drawers made of 19 mm thick BWP board on top, bottom, sides, and 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawers. Exposed exterior surface of Board (except granite stone top) shall be finished with 1 mm thick laminate and interior surface with 0.8 mm thick laminate, edges with 4 mm thick melamine polished teak wood margin / PVC liping including suitable locking arrangement, screws, fasteners, hinges, adhesives, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, handles/ knobs and all other necessary fitting/ fixing arrangement etc. complete as per design, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position 450mm deep wooden storage cabinets of required size made of 19mm thick BWP board of approved make on top, bottom, sides, partitions, shelves, shutters. 12 mm thick BWP ply in drawer unit and 6mm thick BWP ply of approved make at back of cupboard / wardrobe as per drawing. 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved make and shade on shutters & exposed sides of cabinets wherever required and 0.8 mm thick laminate shall be fixed on all unexposed inner faces of cabinet. Back side of cabinet shall be finished in two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour including wooden lipping, suitable locking arrangement, all types of screws , fasteners, hinges / piano hinges, wooden screws, adhesives, polishing / painting of lipping, telescopic drawer channels, magnetic catchers, tower bolts, door handles/ knobs and all other types of necessary fittings etc. complete as per design, drawing and site condition as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Only front elevation area shall be measured in sqm for payment).
