Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement

Providing and fixing P.V.C. waste pipe for sink or wash basin including P.V.C. waste fittings complete. 32 mm dia

Providing and fixing brass bib cock of approved quality :15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions :30 cm length 15 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require White Vitreous China Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C.P.
