Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work(two or more coats)over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Providing and laying 40mm thick faciory made cement in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of RCC setting bench having 3people settinfg area , with 4 nos bolts embedded in M20 foundation.including carrage completed job as per site incharge direction.

Grassing with ‘Doob’ grass including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weed sand fit for mowing including supplying good earth if needed (the good earth shall be paid for separately). In rows 5 cm apart in either direction.
