Erection of main & auxiliary structure consisting of column. Beam peak, mast etc and auxiliary structure of installation of CTs, LA etc. The job consists of shifting of all materials from store to site of erection and erection of structures as per drawing with the help of GI nut & bolts, flat & spring washer with matching the hole, cutting & matching of member if required, including cost of all men and T&P excluding GI structure Nut & bolts to complete the work. GI structures, nut & bolts and washer will be provided by department free of cost.

Stringing of three phase jack bus 132 KV with panther conductor. The work includes cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of single/double bolted type tension fitting/suspension. Hoisting of disc insulators and shifting of material from store*site to erection site and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per instruction of engineer incharge.

Equipment's interconnection jumpering with main bus bar. Job includes bending of conductor in proper shape tightening with the help of clamps and all other associated work to complete the job.

Laying and termination of following size control cable in trench/Cable trays from different control room C&R panels to switchyard equipment's (132/33 KV CB, CT their junction boxes . Transformer marshalling etc) in 132/33 KV switchyard as per cable schedule including carriage of cable drum from store and all other associated work.

Termination of control cable ( per termination)

Cutting strengthening bending and laying 700 mm/500 mm below inside ground and above ground of following size M.S. flat for earthing of main and Auxiliary structure and equipment's including welding with main earth mat and with objects to be earthed, excavation trenches and back filling painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily. M.S. flat will be providing by the contractor free of cost.

Making delta earthing of 120 & 33 KV LA by fabrication of 03 Nos 3 mtr M.S. round bar ( 36/40 mm dia) electrode it piercing inside the ground and connecting all 03 Nos electrodes with 36/40 mm M.S. round laying around as per drawing painting the jointing with 75x10 mm M.S. round bar laying around as per drawing. Painting the joints with black japan paint of good quality after proper cleaning of joints by wire brush MS round bar will be provided by dept, free of cost.

Dismantling of 250K.VA 33/0.4K.V station T/F work includes opening of jampers/cable connection/cutting of earthing etc.

Laying of 300/400mmsq. 3.5core power cable from control room to station T/F

Erection of 250KVA 33/0.4KV station T/F work includes jumpering from bus to T/F and cable connections from station T/F to ACDB, earthing of station T/F and other associated work to complete the job.

Distringing of three phase 33 KV main bus bar section 1 of twin moose conductor by opening of required jumpers, clamps etc.

Stringing of three phase 33KV main bus bar of twin moose conductor and jumpering with equipment's and all other associates work to complete the job satisfactory.

Dismantling of sub station structures including all others associated work to complete the job satisfactory.

Dismantling of following installed equipments after cutting of earthing and taking out cable connection including its shifting from switchyard to store for shifting of 1x5 MVAR capacitor bank
