Supply and Fixing of Pole OEM fabricated hot dipped galvanised M.S. Overhang of 1 mtr diameter, 360-degree coverage comprises 0.5 mtr 04 Nos. outward arm at 90 degree each. Specification is given below-A.Material Specification- a) Mild Steel (MS) b) Pipe (ring): Ø 48–60 mm OD, Thickness: 2.9–3.6 mm c) Pipe size: 40–50 mm OD, Thickness: 2.6–3.2 mmB.Mounting Arrangement- a) Pole top fixing- Slip-on type OR flange type, b) Clamping: 2–6 nos. high tensile bolts (M12/M16) c) Light mounting: Drilled plates or clamps for flood light bracketsC.Surface Protection- Thickness: ≥ 70 microns as per IS galvanization standards, Ensures corrosion resistance for outdoor useD.Cable Routing Provision- Cable entry hole in pole top, Provision for:3-core cable entry into ring and Cable ties / clamps along armsThe Whole system shall be hot-dip galvanized as per relevant IS galvanization standards to ensure corrosion resistance for outdoor installation: the material shall be purchased by a pole manufacturing company. The bidder shall submit a valid GST tax invoice along with proof of purchase/procurement and packaging records at the time of supply confirming that the material has been purchased from original manufacturer packaging and has not been repacked or altered. The item shall be new, unused, and approved by the engineer-in-charge prior to acceptance.

Also Do Numbering On Each pole at the time of installation of poles with paints in a outlined box made by paint i.e. Asian /Berger etc .(Note- Min. Rs.100/- per job will be held on account of O&M).Here 1 JOB is defined as per point per month
