Earth work in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50mtr. initial lead and 1.50mtr initial lift including rough dressing and levelling the bed

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered , rammed etc including all cost conveyance roalty ,labour and T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer -in Charge.

C:C: (1:3:6) using 4 cm. size H.G. (C.B.) metal including the cost of all materials conveyance, royalty & labour etc complete.

R.C.C Work with M20 using 20 mm & down grade HGCB Stone chips incluiding hoisting, laying,curing etc. complete but excluiding cost of steel reinforcement.A) Pile cap.

12mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) for brickwork including curing etc. complete.

16mm thick Cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork including curing etc. complete.

6mm thick Cement plaster (1:4) to C.C.surface finished smooth including closed deep chipping and slurry treatment curing etc. complete.

Supply,Fitting & Fixing of M.S. angle framed Doors & Window with Grill as per approved design & specification complete.

Fixing tiles in floors, treads or steps and landing over 25mm bed of C:M (1:1) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including the cost of pre-cast tiles

Fixing tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm C:P (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Wall painting 2coats with plastic emulsion paint of any approved paint including all cost of paint complete.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer.

Painting 2-coats with enamel paint over One coat of primer including cost of paint & primer.

Supplying & Installation of Modern Concrete Tiles Seating Bench of 4ft Length all complete as directed by Engineer -in- charge.
