SCHEDULE 'A' PART XII (MISC B/R & E/M ITEMS) Note:- Excavation and earthwork to the extent required for execution of relevant item under this schedule unless otherwise specified shall be measured and paid under relevant items of Sch 'A' Part-II.

Supply & fixing 15mm bore diameter angle valve of cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

(B) INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted LED fitting 4"(feet) long with extruded aluminium housing and robust construction 20 W with electronic driver, suitable for 240 volts AC input, and prewired with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete hanging/fixing arrangement with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing surface & wall mounted LED fitting 4"(feet) long with extruded aluminium housing robust construction 40 W with electronic driver, suitable for 240 volts AC input, and prewired with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete hanging/fixing arrangement with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of surface & wall mounted decorative ultra slim linear LED lightining fixture with co extruded polycarbonate body environmental friendly energy efficient 9/10 W, with electronic driver suitable for 240 volts AC input with copper wire to be connected with the ceiling rose complete with hanging/fixing arrangements with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of building security light LED aesthetically designed IP 65 protection complied to IEC 60598 and IS 10322 high power LED cool white, with integral driver, 24/25 Watt power consumption pressure die cast aluminium body including reduced glare impact resistant polycarbonate cover prewired complete with light bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32 mm OD, 1.2 mtrs long bent to shape fixed with two set of clamps nut bolts washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep single phase 230 V 50 Hz , white in colour copper wound including condensor, connector, canopy, down rod, clamps, etc. complete with all acessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with suitable size of flexible 3 core stranded copper conductor cable complete as per BEE standard ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep with louvers complete with connection including making hole, plastering etc., making good the existing wall for fixing of exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing wall mounted fan single phase, 230 volt, 50 Hz, 450 mm sweep with inbuilt regulator and 900 RPM including connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure DB 415 Volts, TPN 6 way with provision for TPN as incomer and MCB SP/TP 6-32 Amps as outgoing as per IS including compact insulated bus bar and rounded neutral bar, earthing bar complete double door concealed in wall and making good distrubed surface, IP 43 protection including connection etc. with proper size copper cable lugs, connector etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of vertical loadline DBs TPN 8 Ways with provision for MCCB as incomer and MCB SP/TP 6-32 Amps as outgoing fitted with bus bar, neutral links, blanking plate, door earthing without MCCB as per complete double door concealed in wall and making good distrubed surface area IP 43 protection including connection etc. with proper size copper cable lugs, connector etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used SP&N double door IP 43 protection 240 volts with 200 Amps rated busbar 6 way complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure for DB when MCBs to be used SP&N double door IP 43 protection 240 volts with 200 Amps rated busbar 4 way complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 20 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA C series three phase 415 volts including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of MCB TPN 25 Amps breaking capacity 10 kA C series three phase 415 volts including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing MCB TPN 40 Amps breaking capacity 10 KA C series three phase 415 volts including making connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete with two single core 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single run of 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for sub main wiring (concealed) complete for 2.0 TR AC with two single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable drawn through in and including 25 mm dia rigid non-metallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories including one single run of 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheated stranded copper earth cable connected to common earth dolly complete and including cutting chasing in walls for concealed wiring using machine cutting and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

(C) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Labour only for manually drilling in hard and dense soil under road / hard standing /culvert / Nala suitable for up to 150 mm bore protection pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Depth of bore shall not more than 1 Mtr from original ground level.

Material & Labour for drilling and tapping cast iron water mains for branch connection of the internal dia of 80mm diameter complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws) screwed both ends and fixed of size 80mm dia connections by fixing of MS clamp 80x5mm cut to length and bent to shape, drilled and welded with GI socket of suitable size including rubber packing, nuts, bolts etc. and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for construction of valve chamber in replacement 900 x 900 x 900 mm internal dimensions, 6 mm thick MS sheet cover with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick with lifting hook and locking arrangment complete with necessary earth work, brick work in CM (1:6) 230 mm thick, PCC bed (1:4:8) type D2 150 mm thick, cement plaster finishing 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) and applying a coat of black bituminous paint to the steel surfaces complete all as shown on drawings, all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing gun metal iron gate valve of 80 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

(D) EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Supply and fixing floor mounted LT panel board outdoor type factory made and tested (CPRI approved) 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ AC supply having busbar chamber 400 Amps Aluminium strip TPN, installed on porcelain insulators, and copper conductor wiring, the panel to be dust and vermin proof and made up of 3.15 mm CRCA mild steel sheet and 40x40x6 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer out side and inside, front and rear opening type, with aprons for cable entry with double door shutter and locking arrangement, internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor FRLS cables, IS -694 marked of adequate size but not less than 4 sq mm and suitable to accomodate and including the following acessories complete all as specified and as directed :-

Material and labour for spreading & leveling and puuning dry clean Ganga sand in trenches for cushioning UG cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be measured.

Material and labour for sub class B old size brick laid in trenches for cable protection of LT cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of in trenches /fixed on pole / wall GI pipe of size 50 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with required size of flat iron clamp duly painted with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of in trenches /fixed on pole / wall GI pipe of size 80 mm bore, light grade, IS-1239 marked with required size of flat iron clamp duly painted with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for boring suitable for dia upto 100 mm through existing road with trenchless method for passing of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60 cm x6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including PCC pit in (1:3:6) type C-2 cement concrete, RCC 1:2:4 Mix type B0 reinforced with 6mm dia MS bars @ 150mm C/C RCC cover slab 40mm thick with two Nos fitting handle, GI pipe 20mm dia light grade with funnel & wire mesh for watering and 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for earth strip 32x6mm protection etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of unserviceable street light fitting with energy efficient LED street light fitting powder coated PDC aluminium 70 Watt heat resistance toughened glass with lens dimmable (1V-10V DC input control voltage of 10% to 100% ) LED street light fitting with lens complete with all acessories such as LED dirver and testing complete connection with copper wire 1.5 Sqmm three core from pole box to street light fitting along with 1.5 m GI pipe 40mm dia bent to shape all as required at site including clamps and nuts bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing SMC junction box (water proof) of size 250x250x160 for street light poles with connector for connecting incoming and outgoing cables including provn of 01 No MCB SP 06 Amp to control the pole light circuit including 04 x aluminium bus bars strips 150x30x3mm of size mounting on the insulator and MS brackets made out of 32x4 mm, FI clamps with suitable nuts, bolts and washers including suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole 9 mtrs long (straight) type 410-SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, nuts, bolts, top cover and screws making two Nos holes on pole for cable protection inside of pole for connection including the following complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returning filling, well raming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point. (b) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation including form work. (c) PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work complete. (d) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in base. (e) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing and one coat of aluminium paint after fixing complete, embedded portion painted with two coats of black bituminous paint (f) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternative bands of black & white colour starting with white colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 m height.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtrs long (straight) type 410-SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, nuts, bolts, top cover and screws making two Nos holes on pole for cable protection inside of pole for connection including the following complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Excavation in post holes in any type of soil, returning filling, well raming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting point. Material and labour for gate light decorative type with 30 Watt LED light complete including making connection with copper wire 1.5 Sqmm three core from pole box to gate light fitting including light box / pole box with fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning air-break, gang operated, triple pole switch, outdoor, vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amps, ISI marked, mechanically operated, mounted on three insulators and frame work with operating mechanism worked from ground level, with locking arrangements including Godrej (Freedom) 65mm pad locks with two keys, complete with fuse mounts, fuse carriers & 11KV fuse elements having 10/20/30 Amp rating suitable for 11KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary electric connections, including taking down old air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for swing out expulsion fuse triple pole (Drop out fuse) for 11000 volts grade of capacity 50 Amps with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type platform mounted step down transformer of capacity 250 KVA, 11 KV/415 Volts (at no load), AC 3 phase, 50 Hz confirming to IS:1180 level 2 with following capacity core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural- Air natural (ON/AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connection on primary side (HV) and star connection on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector grup DYn-II with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at (-) 2.5% & + 5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer gear, maximum temprature rise not to exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temprature of 40 degree celsius and transformer comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed :-

(a) HT side (primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing complete with nut & washers, HT bushing suitable for outdoor mounting transformer, 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured cables including gland, joint & jointing material complete. (b) One cable box LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nuts & washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out of 150 Sqmm 3.5 core LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint & jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type darin valve and oil level gauge complete. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent & thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, oil drain filter valve, lifting lugs, oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, air release valve plug and four Nos solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (g) Two earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 50x6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (j) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new and unused transformer oil upto maximum level of oil marked on transformer IS-335 marked filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Note. Cost of PCC platform for mounting transformer shall be deemed to be included in cost of transformer (size 2.5mx2.5m and height 0.90 m above the GL) including brick work in CM (1:6), 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) & white wash on exposed surface and 100mm thick PCC padding (1:3:6) type C1 complete.

(E) ROAD/PATH/CULVERT

Material and labour for RCC pipe 300 mm dia, Class NP3, in ordinary soil at average depth 1.50 m inclusive of manholes RCC precast manhole cover having 6 mm plate embeded all round with angle iron frame pipes laid on PCC bed including packing under and hunching against sides complete all as specified and directed.

(F) SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of man hole with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering new drains, making good to pipe and rendering cutting out existing bending and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required in 150 mm dia rendering cutting out branch channel and making good in PCC (1:2:4) type B-O using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of septic tank in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:2:4, brick work in CM 1:4, RCC precast manhole cover having 6mm plate embedded all around/fibre reinforced cover with angle iron frame, Vent shaft and sludge chamber complete for 250 users complete all as shown on drawings, all as specified and as directed.

Construction of soakage well with excavation in ordinary soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, wells of Honey combed brickwork and solid in M-25 Concrete, including intercepting chamber, screen chamber brick work in CM 1:4, RCC cover slab in M-25/ filling with brick bats, complete of size 3.00 M dia X 6.0M depth complete all as shown on drawings, all as specified and as directed.
