Supply, erection and Commissioning of axial/mix Flow Water lubricated Vertical Pumps of 10 Cs. Discharge 1440 RPM at static head of approx 8.0 Mtr. With Y body, including bend of minimum 8mm thickness with Bituminous based paint inside and outside, HT Nut & Bolts, Packing etc. complete in all respect as per site requirement and as per approved technical specification. Supply, erection and commissioning of motor of capacity 100HP, 960 RPM, 3 phase 415 Volt (+- 10%), 50 HZ (+/-3%) 4 Pole IEI TEFC, continuous duty Vertical flange mounted Solid Shaft Squired Cage, (Complete in all respect as per site requirement and as per approved technical specification. Supply, erection and commissioning of motor of capacity 50HP, 1440 RPM, 3 phase 440 Volt+- 10% with efficiency class IE2 (as per IS 12615 with latest amendments) suitable for fitment with 10 Cs. Supply, erection and commissioning 100HP Panel fully Automatic starter with ATS, 250 Amp. MCCB, Contactors 250,110,80 Amp., Micro Controller based protection relay CT’s including suitable capacitor bank with all allied accessories with compatible cable motor to panel/starter for in all respect as per site requirement for 20 Cs. VT Pumps as per approved technical specifications. (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)

Supply, erection and commissioning 50HP Panel fully Automatic starter with ATS 250 Amp, MCCB, Contactors 110, 80, 70 Amp. Micro Controller based protection relay CT’s including suitable capacitor bank with all allied accessories with compatible cable motor to panel/starter for in all respect as per site requirement for 10 Cs. VT Pumps as per approved technical specifications. (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)

Supply, erection and commissioning of 3.5 core 185 sqmm Armoured PVC aluminium power Cables, grade as per IS 7098-1985 as per approved makes and other allied material completed in all respect. (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)

Supply, erection and commissioning of M.S delivery pipe 445.2 mm inner dia. (in approx. 6 Mtr each per pipe) pipe made of 8 mm thick MS Plate with primer and Bituminous Based Paint inside & outside with end welded with flange as per approved make Specification & other (Including HT Nut & Bolt, Rubber Sheet 1/8”) as per approved makes and other allied material completed in all respect. (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)

Supply, erection and commissioning of M.S delivery Pipes 341.4 mm inner dia (in approx 6 Mtr. per pipe) and each pipe of 8 mm thickness both end welded with flange made MS Plate as per approved specification & Make. (Including HT Nut & Bolt, Rubber Sheet 1/8" & other fitment accessory required). (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)

Supply, erection and commissioning of MS Girder (Conforming to IS808:2021) size ISMB 300mm X 140mm(as per SP6-1(1964) re-affiremed 2003) with primer and Bituminous Based Paint inside & outside and including all civil structure work will be complete by the agency in all respect. (at RD 10990 S/Dy.)
