SUB HEAD - I - PUMPS & EQUIPMENTS

Supply of 11 KW Non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal Submersible type Dewatering pump operating at 415 Volts 50 Hz 3 Phase AC Supply having capacity of solid handling size upto 110mm, flow rate of 300 m3/hr, head flow rate of 8 mtrs, CI body, tolerence of +10%, Class of IP68 with necessary protection and mechanical seal etc as required. (Gundfos Make :: Model No. SL1.110.200.100.4.52M.S.N.51D) or equivalent

Supply of Autocoupling arrangment Unit with its accessories suitable for above mentioned pump Sl.No.01 etc as required

Supply of suitable Guide rail GI Pipe of 3 Mtrs Length for above mentioned dewatering pump and autocoupling arrangement etc as required

Supply of Star / Delta Starter Panel for operating the 11KW submersible pump, Protection Class of IP 55, with necessary interlocking arrangements. The panel should suitable to operate the above mentioned Dewatering Pump.

Supply of Automatic Float type Level Controller switch operating the above mentioned submersible pump etc as required

Supply of suitable lifting chain (Hot Dipped Galvanised) of 6 mtrs length for above pump etc as required

Supply of 200 mm dia Drain Water PVC Hose suitable to attach with above mentinoned pump including accessories etc as required.

SUB HEAD:2 Electrical work

Supplying and drawing size of 3 x 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, three core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing size of 6 x 4 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, Six core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing size of 4 x 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, four core cable in the existing surface / recessed steel / PVC conduit as required.

Providing and fixing 100 A, 36KA, FP MCCB rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Erection testing and commissioning of the items of Sl.No.01 to Sl.No.07 as per site requirement etc as required

Providing 01 No. Manpower for Operation and Maintainance of above mentioned dewatering pump etc as per direction of Engineer in charge
