Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of single headed, gunmetal ISI marked oblique pattern hydrant landing valve with 80 mm dia flanged inlet and 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with plastic cap and GI chain, twist release type plug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1983 (Type 'A'). as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of First-Aid fire hose reels wall mounting swinging type, fitted with of heavy duty mild steel construction with CI brackets, 25 mm dia. ball valve and 20 mm dia. x 36m long high pressure Hose Reel tubing as per IS:444 with Stainless Steel shut-off nozzle having 5 mm dia. orifice. The hose reel shall strictly confirm to IS:884-1985 as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Providing and fixing 63mm dia 15m long non percolated rubberized fabric lined hose including gunmetal male and female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority, machine wound with copper wire complete in all respects, hose shall conform to IS:636 type II and coupling to IS:903-1975 (ISI marked) as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Providing and placing in proper position gunmetal 63mm dia short size branch pipes with 20 mm dia nozzles with 63mm instantaneous coupling ISI marked (IS:903) as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Providing and fixing standard fireman's axe with heavy insulated rubber handle conforming to IS: 926 complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed MS fully welded construction double leaf door shutter for fire hydrant station fabricated from MS 50x50x6 mm angle iron frame, fixed to wall and hinged MS 40x40x5 mm angle iron door shutter with required MS sash bars for glazing complete with locking arrangements, stove enamelled fire red finish with 'FIRE HYDRANT' written in front. Approximate size 2100x1200 mm.

Providing and fixing Weather proof hose cabinets for yard hydrant fabricated from 16 g MS sheet with full glass door and locking arrangement, suitable to accommodate one hydrant valve, 2 no. 15m long hose, 1 No branch pipe and one fireman's axe. The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and finished stove enamelled "Fire Red", "Fire Hose" written on front including suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required. (Approx 0.75mx0.6 mx 0.25 m).as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of pressure gauges with isolation cocks and chrome plated copper pipes as hydrant station to read pressure from 0-25 kg/cm2 complete and of dial dia 150 mm as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Black steel pipe (IS:1239 Part-I) heavy C-class including cutting, threading, welding etc. bends, elbows reducers, clamps, hangers etc. including cutting holes in brick or RCC walls/slabs and making good the same complete including the cost of structural work for supports fabricated from standard sections of required sizes and thickness e.g. MS rods, angles channels, slotted angle, etc., cutting to sizes, drilling welding fixing to insert plates, including painting with one coat of primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and red shade including all steel work as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.

Supply and installation of Dry ABC extinguishers bearing IS:15683 marking fixing to wall including brackets etc of 6 kg capacity with a warranty period of 6 years .It Shall have simple squeeze grip activation mechanism which allows to control the discharge and optimise use of the extinguishing agent.and also should have combination of mono ammonium phosphate (MAP-90) and ammonium sulphate, ABC Dry Powder should not only cut off oxygen supply to the fire but also interferes with the chemical reaction necessary to sustain a fire and fights Class A, B, C and electrically started fires.

Supply and installation of Fire extinguishers (Foam Type)of capacity 9 Kg. The Aqueous film forming foam (AFFF) Foam Extinguisher shall work on the simple principle of cutting off the supply of oxygen required by sustain a fire. The foam smothers the flames and forms a compact blanket over the fire, preventing it from spreading or re-igniting. It shall be used to successfully combat Class A and B fires.

Fire Alarm & Detection system

Supply, Installation,Testing and Commissioning of 2 loop capacity networkable analogue addressable type fire alarm control panel. The panel should be equipped with sufficient numbers of loop with 15% spare capacity works on 240 volts AC power supply, automatic battery charger, 24 volts sealed lead acid batteries sufficient for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 2 hours during an emergency conditions as required. details as per Technical Specifications of Annexure B.
