STRUCTURAL AUDIT OF SCHOOL BUILDING OF KV NO 01 ISHAPORE UNDER GE NORTH KOLKATA.

1. To carry out Visual Inspection and distress survey of building/ structure and to carry out the Non-destructive/ destructive tests and to assess the extent of damages and prepare report and proposed repair methodology of Building/ structures with detail execution drawings of School bldg of KV-01 Ishapore all as specified here-in-after consisting of following activities:- Note: Mobilization/ demobilization charges for transportation of all men and machineries/ equipment for conducting the survey work incl necessary form work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (a) Three dimensional figure of RCC structure i.e columns and beams is to be given and tabulated form detailed report. (b) Each floor beams and floor slabs is to be shown alongwith proposal of retrofittings in the report. (c) All RCC columns are to be marked and to be shown in tabular form either it is proposed for repair/ retrofittings evaluation or in sound condition. (d) Following mandatory non-destructive test is to be carried out for health check up of RCC structures: (i) Rebound hammer (Schmidt hammer test), strength test of each part of columns beam & slabs. (ii) Ultrasonic pulse velocity of all damaged RCC members. (iii) Reinforcement scanning test. (iv)Concrete resistivity test. (v) Sulphate and chloride ingress test. (vi) Presenting complete investigation data in the prescribed format including important observations during investigation. (vii) Detailed specification in drawings showing all members of building/ structure with specific highlight of members which are unsafe. (viii) Remedial measures to be taken with brief specification and drawings. (ix) The report shall contain sufficient coloured photographs of supercial exploration at site. (x) Design parameters relevant to the facility being proposed. (xi) The report shall provide typical use of the model for arriving at the safe design loads on different forms of RCC structure and details on the suitability of different cross sections/ grade Improvements schemes if found relevant in the project site. (xii) The report shall swell upon various options to make the structural safety with respect to the existing work. (e) Repair Methology alongwith estimate of retrofittings in BOQ form is to be included in report. (f) Complete design of recommended structure including analysis of load carrying capacity using STAAD Pro or any software as approved by GE. (g) The report shall define special problems and concerns that may arise during or after construction. (h) The superficial and technical investigation report in six sets and shall be vetted and approved by IIT/ Govt engineering college as approved by GE. [Ser No. 1 Complete One Job only]
