REPAIR TO PATH HARDSTANDING CLEANING AND REPAIR TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE SEPTIC TANK AND RAINWATER PIPES ETC IN TECH AREA AND NP AREA AT AFS HAKIMPET UNDER GE AF HAKIMPET

Providing safaiwala for maintenance and cleaning of existing sewerage system, removal of blockages in sewage line(CI,SGSW or SG pipe line)embedded in ground or in vertical position and plumbing system connection from WC,bath,urinal,kitchen etc including cleaning of manholes(any size),gully traps,floor/nahni traps,CI pipes and plumbing work etc of any description and in any position below or above ground level located in defferent situations including to remove all the solid or liquid waste out of MOD land to make the entire area clean and the system is functional as directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Contractor shall deploy two labour for sewage cleaning work from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs at AGE B&R (AF) Hakimpet on all working days(Except Sunday and Gazetted holidays) (ii) All the tools and plants other allied arrangements including mechanical portable cleaning eqpts or water jetting system as directed for making sewage lines functional will be provided by contractor as directed by Engr-In-charge without any extra cost and cost shall be deemed included with quoted unit rates (iii) Sewage labour will attend day to day complaint received from user through sub division office should attend and complete on the same day and in case of non diployment of sewer labour recovery @ Rs 1000.00/day shall be made from the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Note : Payment shall be measured and paid as per site requirement per jon per person per day complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dewatering /plumbing /bailing out of contaminated water including removing and cleaning of sludge from septic tanks,manholes,soakage wells of any capacity and depth including inlet and out let chambers and removing sludge,silt,residue both foreign and inorganic nature including any other type of organic materials,removing waste material out of MOD land as directed by Engr-In-charge including keeping manhole covers in position(including any damage caused by during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor with out any extra cost)as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge. Note:- Sludge,waste material shall be measured actually including dewatering,the sludge shall be carried away in the sewage carrying tanker capacity of 5000Ltrs minumum each including discharging each trip out of MOD land where permitted by local authority.complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware) set in cement mortar of internal dia of pipe 100 mm and disposing of broken pipes all as specified.

All as per item No 4 but of size 150 mm dia.

All as per item No 4 but of size 200 mm dia.

M&L salt glazed stone ware drain pipes grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed with cement mortar 100 mm bore of pipe all as specified

All as per item No 7 but 150 mm bore of pipe.

All as per item No 7 but 200 mm bore of pipe.

M&L cement concrete bed in 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of the pipe after they are laid and tested for the 100 mm bore of pipe.
