CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MANHOLES AND SEPTIC TANKS AND OTHER MISC REPAIRS TO UPKEEP THE HYGIENIC CONDITIONS OF THE AREA OF DGQA UNDER AOR OF AGE BR NORTH UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

Mechanically pumping out sewage liquid from septic tanks of any size and depth and removal the same to distance/place as earmarked by state auth out side defence land including any type of T & P required etc. dewatering of water complete all as directed.

Removing carefully the cover slabs of man holes of any size and shape and removing the scum/sludge including any organic or inorganic matters to a distance exc 50m and not exc 1500m and deposting eco friendly where as directed by engineer-in-charge and setting the man hole cover in position in CM (1:6 ) after cleaning the sludge upto 1.50mtr depths of manholes Note: Manhole cover if provided new shall be measured & paid separately.

All as per item No 2 but depth of manhole exc 1.5m but n.exc 3.00mtr

All as per item No 2 but depth of manhole exc 3.00m but n.exc 4.00mtr Note:- (a) Contractor shall detail his supervisor to office of AGE B/R North daily by 9.00 AM who will report to concerned JE B/R /Engineer-in-Charge to receive all complaints of entire area under this contract. (b) Contractor shall provide service providers (sweepers) both the complaint cell located at (DGQA,DIQA & Gunatha vihar) as per the complaints list given alongwith all requisite tools, equipments, including safely measures for attending complaint and ensure completion report by 5.00 PM same day. (c) Please note that all the complaints relating to sewage line shall be attended within same day (within 12 hour). In case of blockage in sewage line could not be detacted/completed same day and concerned JE / Engineer-in-Charge is satisfied to the efforts applied but the same shall be attended and all blockage must be cleared by 24 hours (next day by 5.00 PM) without fails. (d) In case any complaint pertaining to clearing of blockage in sewage line is not removed /cleared within 24 hours (next day 5.00 PM). A penalty @ Rs. 200/- per complaint shall affected from contractor payments. (e) Blockage cleared between two man holes irrespective of length in between shall be treated as one complaint.

Cleaning of blocked sewage drain pipe 110mm dia till the flow of sewage/sludge water is smooth including taking out all sludge/mud from pipes by means of mechanically by pressure vehicle or roding & remove to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 1500m and depositing eco friendly where as directed by engineer in charge. following size of pipes:-

All as per item No 5 but internal Dia of the Pipe 300mm

Clearing & removal of blockage, of any type in WC, bathroom, kitchen including floor/nahani traps, soil waste/vent pipes gully trap upto 1st manhole, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging and removing foreign materials to a place as earmarked by state auth out side the defence land to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits manholes pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth in hard / dese soil etc complete all as specified and directed
