M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan, exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 with and including demolition of existing brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc,. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 150mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 200mm all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains or laying of pipe/cables or for shafts, wells cesspits, man holes etc not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50m in depth, in any kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance exc 250m and not exc 500m (beyond 50m catered under item 8 above) and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specfied and as directed.
