Repairs to Horizontal double mounting electrically operated dynamically balanced siren of range 7 miles already installed at Jakhol signaling station by way of dismantling it from the foundation and shifting it to the respective workshop. Job includes disconnecting of electrical connections/supply of siren by deploying skilled labour. Lifting of siren using tools and tackles and loading it in vehicle. Placing it properly and tightening with manila rope for carriage to the workshop. Unloading in the workshop in the same manner by using crane and specified tools/tackles. Complete dismantling of siren, opening of top cover, both side damaged/cracked fans, bearings and allied parts. Extraction of internal motor assembly by using EOT crane/Chain pulley block. Dismantling/Extraction of all the damaged coils and complete rewinding of motor. Providing and fitting of 02 Nos. Ball bearing-6206 and 01 No Rotor bearing. Providing and fitting of 02 Nos Fans of diameter 385 mm for both side mountings. Assembling of all the parts of siren assembly after completion of job and thereafter testing and commissioning it and further shifting it back to the site. Complete job includes labour charges (skilled, semi-skilled), hire charges for the machinery used like tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material, transportation charges, handling charges, installation charges including of all kind of taxes as applicable
