SCH 'A' PART-I(List of Works) Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for laying pipeline etc in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/ loose soil all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth Filling under floors including spreading, levelling and watering in layers n exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified as directed

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in sub base, Floors, Paving finished even and fair complete all as specified

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth using extra cement all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement.

Supply & fixing Rotational moulded Polyethylene water storage tank (double layer) with threaded/rotating type top cover, ISi marked, 10000 liters capacity (cylidrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including brass float valve 25mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Taking up cast iron water mains (CI Pipes) of 150mm dia, any class including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead all as directed. (Note :- Cost of excavation and earth work including retuning filling shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates".)

Taking up cast iron water mains (Cl Pipes) of 100 mm dia, any class, including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead all as directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable sluice valve of 300mm bore including fittings complete all as directed

Supply & Fixing sluice vaive 150 mm bore of cast iron body with flanged ends duly driied ISI marked as per IS (14846-2000) PN-1 grade with brass spindle and check nut including operating wheel etc. and fixed with new botts, nuts washers and rubber insertion packing complete all as specified and sirected.

IM & L for construction of brick massonary valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 1160 mm for 150 mm sluice valve with angle iron frame and MS sheet cover 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including lifting handle. locking arrangement, excavation and earth work . plastering complete all as specified and shown on drawing AFB/TD/056.

M & L for construction of brick massonary valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 860 mm forl 100 mm sluice valve with angle iron frame and MS sheet cover 3mm thick .duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including lifting handle, locking arrangement, excavation and earth work , plastering complete all as specified and shown on drawing AFB/TD/056.

M & L for construction of brick massonary valve chamber of size 1200 x 1200 x 1300 mm for 200 mm and 300 mm sluice valves with angle iron frame and MS sheet cover 3mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including lifting handle, locking arrangement, excavation and earth work , plastering complete all as specified and shown on drawing AFB/TD/056.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, stone masonry, bangalore type, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted. built in, CM 1:4 for construction of thrust block for support of water supply line complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old air release valve of size 150mm dia all as specifed and as directed

Taking down old foot valve of size 200mm dia all as specified and as directed

Taking down old Air release valve of size 200 mm dia all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 200 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing valve, reflux, with by -pass arrangement complete of size 150mm (6') dia as directed

Supply and fixing foot valve conforming to IS 4038 complete of size 200mm (8") dia all as directed

Installation only including testing and commissioning of mono block pump set of capacity 15 HP, 415V 3 phase, Discharge range 1480-700 LPM, head range 24-51 meters suction, pipe size suction x delivery 85mm x 65mm, electric driven working on 415V, 50Hz, 3000RPM, complete including provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in platform of suitable size for installation of and including necessary electrical connections from motor to control panel and also connecting up with suction and discharge pipe lines of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note:- (a) The rate is deemed to be included for suitable vacuum and pressure gauge to be connected to both discharge and suction lines. (b) The item will be issued by department.

Fixing only fully automatic star - delta mortar starter in sheet steel enclosure type MN with SPP feature (mortar) rating AC-3 duty, 415 V, 50Hz, 3 Ph max range (A) 9-15, description MN 16 FASD all as directed. Note:- Item will be issued by department for free for fixing only.

Laying only including testing UG calbe XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductor of size 16 Sqmm x 4 core complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Item will be issued by department for free for laying only.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches as in cable cushioning all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well-burnt best quality locally available bricks, old size bricks for cable portection compelete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Laying only DI pipe 200 mm dia including testing, commissioning and flexible push on joint in any length laid in trenches all as specified.

Laying only DI pipe 150 mm dia including testing, commissioning and flexible push on joint in any length laid in trenches all as specified.

Laying only CI double air valves of 200 mm dia bore and fixing up in CI water mains all as specified.

Laying only Gl pipe 100 mm dia medium grade including necessary fitting all as specified and as directed Note: Gl pipe will be issued under Sch 'B' for Free for fixing only.
