Taking out of old Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, in any shape or size

Taking down LT cable of any size and at any place with dismantling of connections.

M&L Cross arms,bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from stuctural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer cost and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying ,jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty,1100 Volts,XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi -stranded aluminium conductor cable, laid in Cable tray or fixed on walls including cable gland of suitable size and aluminium lugs for connection compete all as specifed and directed of following size:-

M&L for earthing complete with pure copper bonded earthing rod of 17.2 mm outer dia electrode,including testing 3 mtr long and having suitable hole on top to connect earthing strip with nut, bolts and washers burried directly and verticaly in ground with top edge at 30 cm below ground level after making bore hole of 200 mm dia and 3.5 mtr deep using suitable machanical drilling,machine connected with copper strip of 25x3 mm size with copper nut, bolts and connected to test point from earthing pit the earthing should be filled with carbon based earthing compound,hygroscopic,non mgnetic,non corrosive in nature and have best mosture retaining qualities with ph value between 7-9. including reinforced plastic pit not less than 300x300x240 mm with pit cover , including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- (a) Contractor shoud visit site before quoting the rates. (b) Quopted rate deemed to be included cost of demolition of old earthing. (c) Contractor should provide all necessary safety measures during eaectution the job and responsible for any loss to the Govt property during execution the job.
