REPAIR/REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF 11 KV UG CABLES, VCBS, RMU PANELS, OCBS, 3 POLE / 4 POLE HT STRUCTURE, MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMERS AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE CHILKA

Excavation in Trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down all electric connection to insulator, PG clamp ,jumpers (means tighed in nuts and bolts each accessories for smooth fuctions of HT supply) in 2 / 3 / 4 / 6 pole HT 11 KV structures, overhauling of GOD switch and DO fuse assembly on 2 / 3 / 4 pole HT 11 KV structures and including replacing fuse wire, binding wire, greasing after applying CRC, replacing worn out nuts / bolts, burnout jumbers, PG clamps and reconnecting all accessoris in existing position and greasing after applying CRC for smooth operation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Insulator Pin type Porcelain, Vitreous, White, Brown or Green including one Galvanised Mild Steel Spindle, Two Galvanised Iron Washers and One Galvanised Iron Nut, 150mm Height, 150mm dia for 11 KV grade, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Disc type insulator porcelain, vitreous,145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket Type white , brown or green insulator single Disc Assembly for tension with Tension Clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement Danger Notice Plate of 1.6 mm thick Mild Steel Sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with Letters, Figures and Conventional Skull and Bones in Signal Red colour and fixed with MS Clamps Bolt and Nuts of approved size, for HT 25x20 Cm size including dismantling unserviceable one, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement Expulsion Fuse, Single Pole, Channel type/drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 66 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unserviceable Fuses, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement Lightning Arrester Expulsion type complete with all Fittings Transmission Class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable,for working pressure 11000 Volts including dismantling of old unserviceable and connection to earth with GI 32x6mm Strip, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Switch Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted on insulator and fitted on steel frame , current rating 200 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism from Ground Level consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including dismanting old unserviceable Switch Air Break of any descrip tion, complete all as specified and as directed.
