S/R to ADAO Quarter at-Marshaghai in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc., complete and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 23cum (9") thick including watering and ramming with the cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/4") size clean hard black broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming watering and curring etc., complete, including cost and conveyance of all materials with all taxes and royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete including dewatering if required as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30) over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, with 20mm & down graded size hard granite cruser broken chips over Polythene sheet 125 micron including compacting with Vibrator watering curing centering shuttering with cost of curing for 28 days, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, running and hire charges of machineries and all T & P required for the work, labour charges for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fitting of Vitrified tiles in floors treads on steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement concrete ( 1:1 ) joined with neat cement punning etc. conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, running and hire charges of machineries and all T & P required for the work, labour charges for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Fitting Vertified tiles in dado skriting and riser of step on 12mm. thick cement plaster(1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry etc. labour T & P etc complete. with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of M.S. Grill Gate and collapsible gate with top and bottom rails in proper position including making holes in walls in proper position including making holes in walls R.C.C. structure and wood work etc. and making good to the damages to walls or R.C.C. structures including mending, or cutting to sizes or grooves in walls and fixing with R.C.C. (1:2:4) with hard black broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm (1/2" to 3/4") (20mm not to exceed 25%) with cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, taxes and royalties with all T&P etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with weather coat of approved shade on wall surface including cost of weather coat and all materials labour T & P etc complete. with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc., complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
