Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. DSR 13.88

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work. Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre DSR 13.85.3

Painting one coat with Asian APEX Ultima weather coat paint (Product Code 0026) new wall surfaces (well prepared with Birla putty and one coat of primer ICI which shall be paid separately), with consumption not being less than 150 sqft/ltr for one coat and 75 sqft/ltr for two coats, including through washing with water including cost of all materials, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. Same as in item no 13.31 above but for second or any number of additional coat of ASIAN APEX ULTIMA Weather coat paint (Product Code- 0026) which may be required for proper colour finishing of works . NSI Ref CSI No. 13.32 (SOR 23-24)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre DSR 13.41.1

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Old work (one or more coats) DSR Code 13.81.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work DSR Code 13.99.1

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. DSR Code 15.56

Cleaning panes of glass with spirit of caustic soda including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of the work. NSI Ref CSI No. 20.09 (SOR 23-24)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) DSR 13.4.1
