Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution by mechanical/manual means including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing / refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtrs lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10 meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead of sectional area 40 sqcm. and above.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) Flush/Ruled Pointing

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge:1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for RCC work i/c straightening cutting bending placing etc TMT bars Fe-500 or above

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations footings bases of columns etc

Structural steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of approved steel primer all complete.

P/F track deck crill make or equivalent H.I rib color coated profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel with silicon modified ployester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end laps etc. (measured for unit of laid area)0.50mm THICK (TATA DURASHINE, JSW COLORON PLUS OR EQ) I/C ALL CARRIAGES ,H/load etc

Providing and fixing 15cm wide 45 cm overall semi circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2
