Taking down carefully copper/alluminium point, wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulator socket light fitting etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition seperately) and makeing good disturbed surfaces of walls , floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 sq mm FRLSH, PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor single core cable 1100 volts grade,drawn into non metalic PVC rigid conduit medium grade of suitable size and conduit accessories fixed on wall, floor, roof etc. and including provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sq mm copper conductor for each continuity and connected to common earth dolly and pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick modular metal flush boxes concealed in wall and modular cover plate with frame for housing the switches socket outlet etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for one light point/ fan point controled by one one way 6 Amp switch .complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cost of PVC conduit, cutting chases of wall, making good disturbed wall surfaces including finishing with cement mortor (1:4), matching with existing colour/paint of surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

Taking down ceiling fan any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully false ceiling wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosine oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of capacitor, bush bearing, locking nut, screw, split pin, check nut, rubber real wherever required tightening of stator up and bottom cover in position; washing body, blades, canopies with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavaties with suiatble filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing and re - hanging fan and false ceiling in position and making electric connection complete all as specified and as dtrected. (Note:- spare wherever required to be replaced shall be deemed included in the unit rates of this item).

Dismantling of exhaust / wall mounted/ table fan of any size from its location including disconnecting wherever necessary and removing blades, opening of fan and cleaning of bush / ball bearing with kerosine oil, filling up ball bearing with grease and mobile oil and changing of capacitor 2.5 mfd locking nut, screw, split pin, washing body, blades, with detergent soap powder; preparation of old painted surfaces by filling cavaties with suiatble filler and applying one coat of spray painting to fan (white or any other approved shade) and writing MES No. etc ,testing nd making electric connection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- spare wherever required to be replaced shall be deemed included in the unit rates of this item).

Taking down ceiling fan/exhust fan/wall mounted/pedestal fan any size from its location including disconnecting from ceiling rose, after removing carefully false celing wherever necessary and removing blades, rewinding of fan coil with super quality, super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge and heat vernishing and refixing the same in original position including greasing of moving parts and replacement of capacitor 2.5 MFD and testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair plastic ventilation exhaust fan 200/250 mm sweep with louver and all asssesories including cutting hole of suitable size, making good surface by doing plaster and applying two coat of distemper complete with fixing connected with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor (23/0.0076) of size complete all as specified and directed.
