Service Charges for Carrying out 'C' Check maintenance for DG sets from authorized rep or trained service engineer from the OEM of DG set of 320 KVA capacity injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, trial & testing etc. Note :- (a) New spares required for 'C' check will be measured and paid separately as supply only. Dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorized / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assay rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position, carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete. Note : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

Supply and fixing in repair battery terminals brass suitable for 95 AH to 180 AH battery complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling & chemical cleaning of radiator assay from the DG set of 125 to 320 KVA capacity carefully for necessary repair, soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage, cleaning properly, replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing at the same site including testing on completion.

S & F battery charging unit panel mounted automatic operated electronically 24 Volts DC out put and 230 volts incoming AC, as per the existing make and size to accommodate in the space provided in the AMF panel board.

Dismantling the defective Dynamo /Alternators 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, and soldering after re-fixing at site.

Dismantling the defective self starter assay of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion.

M&L for providing new AVR unit suitable for 62.5 KVA to 200 KVA DG Set size in repairs i.e. taking down of old AVR unit, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG Set oil pressure pipe of existing size and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length of 15 KVA to 320 KVA DG Set including both side hose clamp, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the defective exciter of DG set of any capacity from the existing foundation and engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to workshop rewinding the burn out coil complete with super enamelled copper wire rewinding, applying insulating varnish of 'F' class baking in oven reassembling the alternator, transporting back to site, re-installing the same carrying out alignment of complete DG Set connecting up all electrical connections, testing & commissioning complete.

Supply and fixing in repair type digital volt meter square type 96x96 mm up to 3 Phase AC 50 HZ, 500 volts of and connecting complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Meco/AE or equivalent all as directed.

Supply and fixing copper cable multi stranded suitable for 12/24 volts battery replacing the same with of existing size and equal length complete fixing with brass clamp at both ends including taking down of old one from the existing battery.

supply and fixing of lamp indicator assay LED lamp type 230 volts AC .

S &F in repair asbestos rope 12 mm dia of superior quality for wrapping with the exhaust pipe of the DG set complete all as specified and as directed.

Scraping the old paint from the DG set of 320 KVA capacity and engine, applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make, writing of SM/MES No at easily visible manner complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Colours of paint for engine/ canopy/ and base plate are approved by engineer - in- charge.

Charges for attending break down of DG set of 15 KVA to 320 KVA capacity by only auth OEM rep /OEM trained engineer/ team for fault finding incl attending repairs as and when required such as No start condition of DG and repairing, starting the DG set till smooth running and setting up the alignment / required parameters of all major parts such as fan belt, AVR, RPM, sensors, actuators, Engine safety units, by chargers, fuel / oil levels, speed governor, Micro processor based control panel, Injector pumps etc as required in ground / as ordered by EIC all as directed.

M & L for opening the screws and rotating axle of radiator fan blade complete assembly, taking out and S & F new assembly of radiator fan blades for DG of capacity 125 KVA to 320 KVA capacity, testing for stable movement without jerk complete all as directed.

Dismantling of 320 kVA alternator from DG set, removing of Flywheel & replacement of flywheel ring gear with new one & refixing of all concern accessories properly complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the corroded DG Set outer enclosure complete and then supply and fix new enclosure for 62.5 KVA DG Set conforming to CPCB Norms II , noise should not more than 75 dba @ 1 mtr , 1.6 mm thick and 16 SWG including diesel tank at bottom and aligning of alternator and diesel engine and all other connected works. Note :- The outer enclosure /canopy shall be fabricated as per CPCB norms -II from manufacturers / their authorized OEM)
