Improvement of Left Embankment of Disty-2A of Pattamundai Canal from RD 6.000 Km to 7.300 Km (Mahabir Bazar to Dalit Sahi) for the year 2026-27

Clearing shrub jungles including uprooting stumps ,small bushes and trees below 1M Girth on pre-measurement etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreding and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spresding in uniform thickness, hand packing,rolling with three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stage to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screenig/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) with all labour, materials, T&P, royalty, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment etc with all labour, materials, T&P, taxes and CESS etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27 cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crusher broken hard granite chips and 14.60kg of 80/100 percentage grade bitumen for 10 sqm including hire & running charges of PRR, Tar boiler, using Hot mix plant and all other T & P machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes + DMF+ EMF+ Additional charges of all materials, etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providng & applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion using the emulsion pressure distributer @0.30 Kg/m2 on the prepared surface of bituminous/ granular base cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause-503 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.70mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.80Kg of bitumen per 10 Sqm heating the bitumen speading precoated chips, rolling with PRR & sand blinding including hire and running charges of PRR, Tar boiler, without using hot mix plant and all other T & P, machinaries including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes + DMF+ EMF+ Additional charges of all materials etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Blinding road surface with sand 6mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes, DMF, EMF, Additional charges of all materials etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providng & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface & applying primer @0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause-502 of MoSRT & H specification for Road &Bridge works(4th Revision) including all cost, carriage. royalty & taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded. Granular Sub-base Grading -III materials as per table 400-1, sprading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes + DMF+ EMF+ Additional charges of all materialsas per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Earthwork excavation in foundation in all kind of soil with all leads, lifts, & delifts including dressing & leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from worksite with all leads lifts and delifts etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
