Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil for foundation of poles, structures, stay rods, laying of underground cable etc complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5M wide and exc.1.5M & upto 3.0M tin depth for foundation of stay/ pole and etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in soils including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as directed

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed

M&L filling sand / Stone dust in trenches for sand cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down (i.e 18 cm) shall be measured for payment.

M&L in repairs for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV , type 1 with , size 300 mmX180mmX 40mm complete all as directed

M/L in repairs for cement concrete in foundation (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate for base of foundation complete as specified

M/L in repairs for cement concrete in foundation (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate including form work complete as specified

M/L in repairs for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 1.0 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying HDPE pipe up to 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 MPA work pressure. NOTE: AVERAGE WIDTH OF THE ROAD IS 20 RM. Necessary permissions required from state Govt and other Civil bodies for doing the job is the responsibility of contractor.

Supply, laying, testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core in trenches / pole/ ducts complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Supply, test, erection & commissioning of Steel tubalar swaged poles staying in a truely vertical position till the foundations are properly set with the help crane complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws including drilling of holes to poles for clamps & hooks for running of earth wire/Strip complete all as specified type 410 SP-55,11 mtrs HT poles complete all as directed . M&L for Opening top cover of transformer taking out complete oil and keeping in clean and dry container, taking out core & winding from the body,remove the sludge from tank complete and segregation of HT/LT coil from transformer including job assembling of jointing the connections pf HT/LT coil in core assembling complete insulation works, setting of core, making new connections (as per existing connections), proper alignment of job including keeping in oven chamber of respective transformer capacity for remove the moisture as well as fixing of upper yoke lamination, checking, tightening, nuts, bolts, washers and all types of gasket ( Bushing and tank) etc and welding if any leakage found in body or fins, making good dificient item if any, testing the jobs with megger for proper results including two coats of anti corrosive paint aftre cleaning inside transformer tanks and two coats of outside painting including writing KVA Capacity, repairs of body by means of welding, jointing if required complete for capacity up to 315 KVA with complete Testing and Commissioning all as directed

M&L in repairs for Making Primery/secondary coil with High conductivity Electrolytic copper wire of required gauge as per specification of old existing transformer including making of coil as required of various capacity of transformer complete all as directed

M&L for Reconditioning of over heated HT/ LT coil of transformer up to 315 KVA after removing all old insulation any type and re-insulation with insulated craft paper cotton tape Class 'F' insulation as required complete all as directed

M&L for Opening of the 11 KV / 0.433 KV Distribution transformer rating up to 315 KVA by removing the inspection cover / top cover, decanning of the transformer oil up to the required level,check leaked cork seal(if any), check the un sericeable insulators & LT/HT bush (if any) complete from the shell and making connections of LT/HT bush,insulators & cork seals to avoid leakage and refilling oil back to existing postion into the transformer complete testing & commissioning complete all as directed . Note: Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. Necessary arrangement for repairs on timely basis at site to be made by contractor and minor items like cork seal, insulators, bolts, nuts and washers required for arresting leakages are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S&F in renewal of transformer bushing LT side including brass set stems conical bush/gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer upto 315 KVA :- Note : The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut pach washers etc

Porcelain transformer bushing HT 11 KV including brass set stems, conical bush/ gasket for indoor/outdoor transformer upto 315 KVA as per IS-3347 complete all as specified and as directed.

LT rod / studs for any make of transformer rating up to 315 KVA mounted on pole/plinth, made of brass with nut, cup and washers and fittings etc as per size and shape of original complete including taking down old u/s one complete all as directed

S&F in renewal silca jel breather assembly with vent pipe for indoor/outdoor transformer of 63 to 315 KVA of size 250g capacity including silicagel complete all as directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of transformer oil as per IS :335 with 70KV di-electric strength complete in transformer plinth / pole mounted including testing insulation and vescocity of oil all as specified and directed .

M&L for Dehydration including filtration cleaning of transformer oil , testing of di-electric strength of transformer oil of indoor/Outdoor type transformer 11KV/433 volt. Filtration of transformer Oil by passing through filtration Machine/Plant to remove moisture , impurities and for improving di-electric strength to above 70 Kv for 2mm gap and machine having minimum Capacity 1000 to 30000 Ltr/hrs. Testing of insulation and vescocity of Oil before and after dehydration to be carried out site. Note to be added : Contractor Carryout the filtration at site by on line machine with giving printouts of di-electric strength shall cost quoted in unit rate only.

Arresting leakage of transformer fins by replacing fins etc, after removing of oil from inside of transformer and refilling of oil by opening top cover of transformer of capacity upto 315KVA

M&L for cleaning/Painting of 4 pole structure /2 Pole structure/single Pole structure of any type/size/length and removing existing painting by using wire brush using with emery paper and cleaning with chemical agents, after cleaning the poles two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic aluminium painting satisfactorily by Engr-in'Charge and Painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole numbers as directed and safety eqpts & tools will be own arrangement and marking and colour washing of pole coping all as specified and directed of the following.

Inspection of defective 11kv HT cable(laid in UG/trench/tunnel/wall/surface) to locate the fault using cable fault Locator machine(by surge generators mounted on Van) (fault either by Short/Moisture/earth fault or any type) including complete all as directed.

Inspection of defective LT cable (laid in UG/trench/tunnel/wall/surface) to locate the fault using cable fault Locator machine(by surge generators mounted on Van) (fault either by Short/Moisture/earth fault or any type) including complete all as directed.

M&L for Spray painting of upto 500 KVA transformer pole mounted / plinth mounted at site and applying two coat of synthetic enameled Smoke grey paint after removing all dust & rust and paint including marking or transformer capacity with stencil letter with black or white paint and Font and Size of letter shall, complete all as specified and directed

Taking out and Relaying of HT 11 KV cable of size 95 sq mm to 150 Sqmm 3 core after carrying out necessary Repair such as joining with Suitable joint and laid with sand Cushioning and brick protection and making connection By using Lugs all as specified and directed by ingr in charge. Note: (a) Earth work , sand Cushioning, brick protection, Joints shall be measured and paid separately under Relevent Item) (b) Retrived serviceable bricks/ PCC cover shall be reused under relevent item)

Relaying of serviceable bricks / pcc cover of any size retrived during taking out of HT cable complete all as directed

Cutting anxious green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area around transformer installations and four pole structure yards at ground level by cutting out roots, un wanted plants bushes and removal of the same by surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep average 15 cm complete.

Restreching/Restringing, tightening and repair to overhead line ACSR conductor of any size on HT/LT poles including necessary Aluminium binding wire connectors PVC sleeves for jumper, fixing of insulators and prunning of tree complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing road straight by manual, depth and width not less than 1 mtr below ground level for passing of underground cable and filling back with excavated soil upto 75% road portion and 25% shall be made with cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate stone complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary work permissions for the works to be carried in Civil/Public ares/Defence areas to be taken by the contractor prior to starting the work. Laision with concerned departments is the responsibility of contractor. Department will do the necessary authorised correspondence for the said approvals. No extra payment will be entertained on this account.

Surface excavation in hard/dence soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 30cm deep and getting out complete alla s specified and as directed
