Precast terrazo tiles of approved make, 20mm thick with marble chips of size upto 6mm laid in floors, and landing, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing and polishing complete on 20mm thick bed of cement sand mortar 1 : 4. Light shade using white cement .as per pwd bsr 2022 ch no B-11.13.2 code -11

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding:old work.same colour.As per pwd bsr 2022 code no 12.37.2(b)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding. Old work. As per pwd bsr 2022 code no 14.41.2

Providing and fixing 1st quality standardmarble printed / granite shade or dark shade tiles in glazed tiles confirming to IS:13753 & Is:15622 of size up to 300*450mm in walls, steps,pillars etc. Laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete ( excluding the cost of cement plaster on walls and pillars). As per pwd general bsr 2022 code no. 7.12 +7.14ch no. B-7

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT finished ceramic tile size300*300mm confirming to IS : 15622 colour such as marble printed / granite shade or dark shade tiles in floor , steps , pillars etc. Laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4).As per pwd general bsr 2018 code no. 7.13 ch no. B-7

Providing and fixing in cement sand mortar 1 : 4 single paitam (rebated) stone doors windows and ventilator frames of approved quarry :Size 75x 75mm as per pwd bsr 2021 ch no B-15 code 15.24.2
