Providing, Fabricating, Assembling, painting, hoisting, erecting and placing in position MS Built-up section/Tubular Structure ( MS built-up section :-Rolled section & plates confirming to IS 2062 minimum required grade E250,Tubular Structure:- made from Steel hollow sections, ISI marked from SAIL / RINL / TATA/JINDAL/APPOLO, conforming to IS 1161/4923/1239, minimum required Grade YST 240, in the profile shape as per drawings with special plate connector, pinion joints, Plates, hollow sections etc. using water jet 3-D cutting system for obtaining smooth 3-dimensional curvature, SAW/MMAW/MIG welding process with special plate connectors, pinion joints, plates, hollow sections to all heights, tools and plants and necessary scaffoldings etc. required for all operations involved. The structural members shall be painted with 250 DFT anticorrosive protection coating using Paint/Primer of approved make with one or two coat of Epoxy Primer cum MIO 150 microns thick and final coat of polyurethane paint 100 microns thick (to be applied in 2 coats). Up to all heights including preparation of the surface by copper slag blasting before application of primer/paint as per SA2.5 standard. The item shall be executed as per approved drawings and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete. (Note: The work shall be executed as per manufacturer’s specifications wherever applicable, relevant code of practice and sound engineering practice.)

Providing, fabricating, assembling and erection of Tensile Fabric Roof along with Mehler Texnologies Valmex Type-II Mehatop N or Serge Ferrari TXA - 900 F (Article B4617) Type-II fabrics or Sattler Pro-Tex Atlas-TFX type-II or equivalent having weight of 900 g/sqm with flame retardant as per particular specification. PVDF lacquer on both sides. Colour of the fabric should be white, Conditional Warranty of 20 years on the fabric, over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as Galvanised MS Membrane/ End Plate, Shackles, Rigging Screws, Turnbuckles, swedge, fork, keder rods & galvanized MS strands/ cables with stainless steel end terminals complete as per Drawing/ Detail & as per specifications and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. (Rate includes cost of fabric , shop drawings, forming, cutting, fabrication, hot weld stich of fabric, Transport to the site, assembling and installation with GI cables, hardware, Aluminium flat, EPDM gasket and required accessories wherever required complete including lifts up to all heights, tools and plants, and necessary scaffolding etc. required for all operations in all respect.) Supporting steel frame shall be paid separately under structural steel item. (Note: Actual Plan area of canopy shall only be measured for payment.)

Providing Engineering Consultancy Services for Steel structure for tensile fabric roofing structure ,RCC foundation work, rain water drainage i/c soil testing for load bearing capacity with all relevant calculation sheet and design vetted by I.I.T/NIT, detailed Construction drawings and revision of drawing if required during execution etc. as specified in tender document and any other details related to consultancy work which are essential for successful execution of works etc complete as per particular specification and direction of EIC.

Providing & Fixing of carpet tiles of available size of Indian made with manufacturer specification, nylon 6, Tufted , Textured loop pile, tiles with protective treatment soil/stain resistant(AATCC 175-2008/ITTS 002, Smoke Density Test ASTM E662, with PVC Backing, 1/10, Loop Infinity, Pile Thickness 3 to 3.5 mm, SPI 10, density 5200-5500 gsm/cubic yard, 100% solution dyed, total thickness 5 mm((± 0.5 mm), Tufted Pile Weight 18 OZ/Sqyd, Light Fastness (AATCC 16 E), Static Electricity (AATCC 134 -1996), green label plus for indoor air quality (CA 01350), CRI Green label plus certificate, NSF 140 Gold Certified, Manufacturer should be USGBC LEED V4 GOLD for factory. Carpet tiles to be installed over existing cement based smooth surface. The carpet tiles shall be laid completely by using SR 505 or equivalent which a synthetic rubber based solvent containing contact adhesive for multipurpose application. The carpet tiles of make, size, pattern, colour etc. and adhesive as approved by EIC based on specification of this item, shall be supplied, installed etc. in all respect complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats)
