Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water,blasting soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited.In all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring,strutting,planking timbering and dewatering wherever required,stacking the usable and un-useable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in trenches in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of each of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated soil un useable materials as directed within all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diverson for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for excess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( I cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Ist class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and Plinth in cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement:6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

The circular ventilation frame should be enclosed with mosquito proof wire mesh. 15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jamb lock jamb,beed and if reuired angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50X25 mm or base ties of 1.25 mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means,adjustable lugs with split end tails to each jamb including steel but things 2.5 mm thick with guards,lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreetment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PUMPING MACHINERY.

Supply errection, testing & commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar or any other approved make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative, the design/ drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/valves / piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. ( However detailed requirement shall be as per data sheet attached) (i) Sluice Valves/Reflux Valves to be provided on delivey line:- These shall double flanged valves of approved make & size of valves shall be same as dia of column pipe or one size higher than delivery size of offered pump.The class of valves shall be cast steel ASA-300 . (ii) Piping work (Column Pipe & Delivery pipesto connect Column pipe with Rising main):- The column shall be capable to with stand total dynamic pressure + surge pressure Or 1.5 times the total dynamic pressure whichever is more & it shall have minimum wall thickness of 4.80 mm jointed with flanged joints at every three meters. It shall also include the cost of providing, laying, jointing of column pipe with rising main, testing & commissiuoning including all types of bends & other accessories etc. (iii) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. (iv) Pannel Board:- It shall be of suitable size & capable to accomodate all above electrical accessories i/c providing & fixing in position these accessories & interconnections with cable of appropriate size & specifications. (v) Startes:- Starters shall be of approved make & of suitable rating suitable of safe running and operation of given motor or pumping machinery It shall be mounted on panel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag,under voltage release with initial oil filling if required.
