The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. (a) The surface must be sound, absorbent, clean, free from dust, oil, paint, curing agents, loose cement or lime plaster & concrete, debris or any separation layers. (b) The plaster must be knocked off at least 50 cm beyond the visibility penetrated area. (c) Damaged mortar joins are to be scraped out to a depth of approximately ly 2-3 cm. All sharp edges/joints need to be leveled loose concrete to be removed. (d) Drilled bore holes at ground level horizontally. The boreholes drilled horizontal into masonry. ( e) The hole shold be drilled until a depth of approx 5 cm ( for a 6 cm thick wall ) before the the end of the wall is reached. The bore holes shold have a diameter of 12 mm upto a maximum of 15 mm and should be apaced approx 100 to 120 mm apart and the verticle offset is 6 cm max. (f) Before inserting Risingbar Super Strong or equivalent the boreholes must be cleaned from boring dust by using air pressaure. It is not necessary to pre wet the borehole. (g) For applying of RisdingBar Super Strong or equivalent the dosing system inserted as far as possible into the boreholes. While dosing the products uniformly, the injection nozzle is pulled out leading to a completely filled borehole (h) Treatment of highly absorbent masonry might require repeated filling of the bore after 24 hours. Depending upon extent of damage, RisingBar Super Strong or equivalent cab re injected into the same hole after 24 Hours. Depending on absorbency, application or masonry thickness 0.1 to 0.15 litre/M with 10cm wall thickness.

M&L antitermite treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @ 1 Ltr per hole, 300mm apart incluyding drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement and 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Work be done through approved applicator )

M&L antetermite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene base solution) @ 0.50 Ltr/Hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degreee at 150mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Work will be done through approved applicator )

Raking out joints to brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc and flush pointing to brick wall in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for follwings :- (i) Removig plaster & finishes all around the coloumns, slabs & beams (on all four sidescription of column to full height , three sidescription of beam to entire span & bottom of slab to are as directed) (ii) After cleaning gently removing cover concrete using pneumatic/electrc chipper of any other apprvoed tool in entire portion of structural member(removl of cover concrete shall be done to an extent when rainforcement is visible) (iii) Removal of cover concrete with under cutting of up to a depth of 20mm beyond rainforcement around full circumference & full length of bar where directed. (concrete shall be stripped to an extent concrete substrate is exposed) (iv) Cleaning exposed concrete substrate by using rust remover SIKA rust off 100 or equivalent to fosroc/Dr. Fixit. (v) Removing visible rust along the length of rainforcement using hand tools as approved. (The Engr-in-Charge may order sand blasting if rust is approved) (vi) Any other work as directed by Engr-in-Charge to present clean suface for determination of type of repair to be carried out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing rust proof /anti corrosive treatment to bars :- (i) cleaning of all exposed bars (new &old ) around (ii) Apply a single coat of Friazinc R of SIKA or equivalent of Fosoc /Dr Fixit, primer on alround bars new & old as recommended by the munufactuer. Note : Anti corrosive treatment shall be continoues espcially in the regions where pitting. imperfections , etc were present on the surface of the bars. If is importent that the rear portions of re bare (those towards the concrete substrate) should not be left without coating.

M&L for providing PMM (Polymer modofied cementitious mortar) :- (i) Dry sub strate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Applying epoxy bond coat SIKA DWC 32 LP or equirment of Fosoc / BASE on the sound substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible . ( In case pin holes are still visible after a coat , a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of exoxy bond coat as above apply PMM (Polymer modified cementitioues mortar ) SIKA Top 122 F or equivalent of fosroc /BASE of 25 mm thickness. Note : Application of PMM shall be preferably be in coats of appx 10mm thickness. PMM work shall be executed in fairly rapid successions so as entire work is completed with in 30mins). PMM shall be pre packed ready to use. (iv) PMM surface to be moist cured for three days follwed by air curing in temperature as recommended by manufactuer complete all as specied and diected.

M&L for treatment of cracks found in the core concrete :- (i) Opening of crack by making a 'V' notch/groove of size 12 mmx12mm over the entire length of the crack as identified by the Engr-in- Charge. (ii) Cleaning 'V' notch/groove of all dust/debris/loose material. (iii) Drilling hole of 16mm dia and about 40mm deep along the length of crack @ (300mm c/c or thickness of structural member whichever is less) Note : In case length of crack is found less than 300mm then min 2 holes shall be drilled. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole drilling above and fixing the nipple with the help of fast setting epoxy putty. SIKA DWC 31 or equivalent of fosroc/Base (v) Seal the surface around the nipple and the area of crack between successive nipples polymer modified mortar to ensure that there is no leakage from any gap SIKA Top 122For equivalent of Fosroc/BASE(SIKA TOP 122F) (vi) Allow the polymer modified morter to core for 24 hours and ensure that firmly fixed in postion. (vii) Claening nipple one by one commencing from the top to bottom in case of column and one by one in alternate direction incase of beam/slab using blow compressed air follwed by water injection. An ensuring that there is no obstruction in free flow of grouting materials complete all as specified and directed. (viii) Injecting (bottom to top ) SIKA DWC 52 or equivalent of fosroc/BASE resin with very low viscosity monomer by mixing resin and hardner in proportions recommended by manufacturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 1-2 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipples one by one as per order recommended by manufacturer. Mixing of resin and hardnere shall be mixed in small quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (ix) Allow entire effected surface to cure for 24 hours. (x) cutting out projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with exopy putty SIKA DWC 31 or equivalent of fosroc/Base as recommended by manufaturer. (xi) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust/loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufacturer.

M&L for treatment of core concrate when found to be porous/honeycombed :- (i) Marking the area in marker as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Drilling holes of 16mm dia in an orthogonal grid on exposed core of member @ 150 mm c/c both way , depth of the hole shall be about 60% of the element thickness. (iii) clean the drill hole using compressed air removing the dust/dirt. (iv) Inserting 12 mm dia flexible PVC one way injection nipple in the hole with the annular space around the nipple sealed with exopy putty. SIKA DWC 31 or equivalent of Fosroc/BASE It shall be ensured that the injected grount does not leak. (v) Allow the nipple to core for 24 hours. (vi) Injecting SIKA DWC 31 or equivalent of Fosroc/BASE injected "Resin with very low viscosty monomer by mixing resin and hardener in proportions recommended by manufaturer by using injection gun equipped with pressure gauge & valves for controlling of flow of compressed air & resin. Note : pressure shall be in the range of 2-3 kg/sqm and shall be done in nipple one by one as per order recommended by manufaturer. Mixing of resin and hardenere shall be mixed in shall quantities so as it is consumed with in 30 minutes. Before use mixer shall be stirred thoroughly. (vii) Allow entire effected surface of core for 24 hours. (viii) cuttingout projected parts of the nipple & seal the hole in the nipple with epoxy putty as recommended by mnufaturer. (ix) cleaning exposed surface of substrate off any dust/loose material after ageing of the grout as recommended by manufacturer.

Supply & fixing 12mm dia steel sheer connector in grid pattern in between old core and new concreate as wherever directed by Engr-in-Charge and as specified by manufacturer including drilling hole of depth of 100 mm and chemical anchoring with pure epoxy resin anchoring mortar SIKA anchor fix 3030 or equivalent of Hilte /Fischer.( The cost of drilling hole & chemical anchoring with epoxy resin is inclueded in this item) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing & pouring micro concreting M-40 grade :- (i) Dry concrate substrate surface and free of debris & dust (ii) Appling epoxy bond coat SIKA 52 or equivalent of FOSROC/BASE on the sound concrete substrate using approved spray machine & ensuring that no pin holes are visible . ( In case pin holes are still visible after a coat , a second coat shall be applied to ensure absence of pin holes). (iii) Immediately after application of epoxy bond coat as above pour Micro concreting M40 grade, Make SIKA Repmicrocrete 4 or equivalent of FOSROC/BASF using approved mixing machines/pumping under pressure via approved pneumatic pump at the locations to be repaired in RCC beams & columns etc. Adding of aggregretes will be permitted only as per manufacturer's recommendation without compromising the strength. The rate shall include cost of all materials (exept re-bar) labour charges for mixing, pouring concrate. cost of tools, lead & lift of matarials, transportation etc., to carry out the complete work complete all as specified and directed.
