Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of brick work /Precast cement concrete blocks built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for foundation etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation , filling and mass concrete.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry(PCC 1:3:6 type C1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) with solid blocks exc. 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 .

M & L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement but with using water proofing chemical. (Note: Supply only water proofing chemical shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/benching of manholes including weathering rounded/chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work. Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitered / stopped ends.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS

M&L for 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, laid in trenches or in floors

M&L for salt-glazed stoneware drain pipes 150mm dia laid in trenches and jointed as specified

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to pipes of bore 150 mm including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

Dismantling of cast iron/RCC/PVC drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out from trenches or walls including fittings of 150mm internal dia of pipes all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches or walls including fittings of 150mm internal dia of pipes all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering ,cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel, half round or 3/4 section in cement concrete1:2:4 type B1, smooth finished and reforming benching as required, internal dia of pipe150mm all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directred at a level not exc 1.50 m above starting point

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floors, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC, type D2 1:4:8(with 40mm graded stone agg) as in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as wearing coat for laying floor finishes, finished fair to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incl rubbing & polishing complete all as specified& directed.

M & L for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slab including all necessary form work. Exposed surfaces of concrete shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule).

S&F 10mm dia & over,TMT bars, cut to length ,bent to shape required including cranking , bending , hooking, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F for TMT bars 8mm dia in stirrups cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, hooking ends etc and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

S&F 150 mm x 150mm size Salt-glazed stoneware gully traps, square or round mouthed, tvpe 'P' complete with collars, laid in trenches or in floors

Supply only steel wire fabric of size 50 X 50 X 5.0mm size as in reinforcement for cover slab/baffle wall complete all as specified and directed.
