Providing & fixing GI Gyp steel ultra frame work for wall panelling consisting of floor channel of size 50x32x32 x0.5mm thick at bottom and top fixed with 35 mm nylon sleeves and 35 mm screw. Further fixing GI stud 48x34x36x0.5 mm thick @600mm C/C vertically. The framework filled with 50mm 1000GSM non-woven thermal bonded polyester wadding , held in position with 18 mm GI checken mesh of 26SWG with drive all screws and oversize washers. Finally fixing over it horizontally 80x26x51x0.5 mm thick G.I. Gyp ceiling section placed @600mm C/C . The frame fixed to the walls by means of angle holdfasts or cleats of required size complete with expandable anchor fasteners of 65x10mm dia fixed on each vertical member @1000mm C/C .The work shall be executed as per drawings ,specifications & instructions of engineer in charge. Providing & fixing Acoustical panels of 9mm thickness with square / beveled edge manufactured from 100% Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) having density of >100 ( the panel WITH 60% recycled content) , Kgs/m3, fire resistant as per B1 Class A . The panel glued over the 18% perforated 8 mm MDF. Gi framework paid separately in item no7. The panels in different colours to be cut with laser cutter for smoth & perfect edging in shape as per the design drawings. The panels to be further glued to the ply with SH/SR adhesive.
