Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for soil filling under floor including raising (or lowering) earth spreading in layers n.exc 30cm thick, watering ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. n.exc 1.5mtr high from base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 50mm thick cement concrete Type B1,1:2:4,( Using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for broken stone boulders of hard core of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron 25 x 3 mm as in band, straps, hold fasts etc and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm long butt hinges, medium weight, and cold rolled mild steel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 250 mm long aluminum alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of steel, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast aluminum alloy all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks of galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm all as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mould, mitred stop ends etc. all as directed

M&L Preparation of newly untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 centimetre width or girth and applyingpreming with red oxide zinc chrome and two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Provision of gysum board of 9mm thick ceiling tiles size 595mmx595mm for including aluminium anodised section of size, wall angle 30mm x 25mm x 2mm thick, main / cross tee-section 15mm x 15mm x 1.4mm and suspended with 2.18 mm thick GI wire of suitable length and including fixed & aluminium snap grid all as per clause 10.38.1 of SSR Part-I and as per manufacturer’s instructions. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for 10 mm dia and over TMT bars, cut to length bend to shape as required including cranking, hooking etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
