a. Disassembling of 3phase, 415±10% V, 120 HP star/delta vertical motor from the V.T Pump, shifting it to workshop for conducting repairs by hiring and loading into the load carrier and then back to the site of work by load carrier. The job further includes mounting back motor on the V.T Pump. The job further includes cost on account of skilled /semi skilled labour tools and tackles required for the work and testing of motor on full load. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 5.4% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.) b. Complete rewinding of 120 HP, 1465 RPM, 3 phase, Star/delta vertical Motor using copper winding of suitable size, grade, gauge number of turns at water supply scheme Pokhribal stage –1st. the complete details of work are as under: i. Disassembling of motor at the work shop by way of removing the, the Rotor, checking and cleaning the rotor. The job includes removing the damaged/ burnt out windings from the slots and cleaning the slots. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 4.63% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item) ii. Copper winding used in rewinding of motor. The rate includes the rebate on old scrap (The rate per kg shall be allowed @ 0.69% of the quoted/ negotiated rate of whole item.) iii. Rewinding of motor by way of employing highly skilled labour, tools, tackles etc. (The rate per kg shall be allowed @ .46% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item .) iv. Cost on account of providing and fitting of insulating material such as PVC sleeves, bamboo sticks etc.( Rate charges should be as per, Per Kilogram of copper wire) (The rate per kg shall be allowed @.08 % of the quoted/ Negotiated rate of whole item) v. Re-assembling of motor by way of fitting rotor without causing damages to stator coils, checking the motor . (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 3.09% of the quoted / negotiated rate of whole item.) vi. Providing and fitting of 6316 ball bearing to be fitted from the NDE of motor (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 12.35% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item) vii. Providing and fitting of 7322 antifriction bearing to be fitted from the DE of motor (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 73.30% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item.)

Disassembling of 120 HP, 3 phase , 415 ±15 % Volt star- delta starter from the circuitry and shifting it from the site to work shop and back to site after conducting due repairs by loading it into load carrier. The job further includes refitting back the starter into the circuitry. The job further includes cost on account of skilled/semi-skilled labour, tools and tackles required for the job and testing of starter on full load.

Removing of damaged ML-10 Power contactor assembly and providing, fitting and testing of power contactor assembly to be fitted to 120 HP starter at WSS Pokhribal stage –1st. The complete specification of the power contactor assembly is as under. Type = ML-10 Make = L&T or equivalent VOLTAGE = 415 ± 15% V Frequency = 50 ± 3% Hz No. of poles = 3 Besides the above specifications, the 3 pole ML- 10 power contactor assembly Should conform to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 and IEC 60947-4-1. The job further includes testing of power contactor assembly at Full load.

Removing of damaged ML-06 Power contactor assembly and Providing, fitting and testing of star power contactor assembly to be fitted to 120 HP starter at wss Pokhribal stage –ist The complete specification of the power contactor assembly is as under. Type = ML-06 Make = L&T or equivalent VOLTAGE = 415 ± 15% V Frequency = 50 ± 3% Hz No. of poles = 3 Besides the above specifications, the 3 pole ML- 10 power contactor assembly Should conform to IS/IEC 60947-4-1 and IEC 60947-4-1. Disassembling of 200 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % Volt manually operated oil cooled voltage stabilizer from the circuitry and shifting it from the site to work shop and back to site after conducting due repairs by loading it into the load carrier . The job further includes refitting back the voltage stabilizer into the circuitry. The job further includes cost on account of skilled/semi- skilled labour, tools and tackles required for the job and testing of Voltage stabilizer on full load. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 8.61% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item .) ii. Disassembling of 200 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % Volt manually operated oil cooled voltage stabilizer by way of removing all the nuts and bolts and lifting the winding assembly along with core for assessing the damages and and refitting back the winding assembly into the voltage stabilizer tank along with core after conducting the due repairs . (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 7.65% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item .) iii. Removing of damaged / burnt out windings from 200 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % Volt voltage stabilizer leg and rewinding the same using copper winding of appropriate grade, insulation and specifications . the job includes cost on account of skilled/semi-skilled labour required for the winding of Voltage stabilizer leg. The rates are included of the rebate on account of old scrap. (The rate per kg shall be allowed @ 0.86% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item.) iv) Removing of damaged plate type voltage regulator switch from 200 KVA , 3 phase , 415 ±15 % Volt voltage stabilizer and providing and fitting of new plate type voltage regulator switch having copper contact points with 6 steps. The job further includes supply, installation, errection of M.S tubular poles of 9 Meters, 410 (SP-33) conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) 1990. The job includes earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil and providing / laying of cement concrete of pole structure 3” below the pole base to 1’ above ground level & 1 ½’ around the pole in M-15 Mix. The pole shall be fitted / welded with 40 x 40 square inch in size and 4 mm thick MS plate at the bottom and having duly drilled holes at top at appropriate position for accommodating MS fasteners for holding insulators and safety devices. The Job also includes the cost of painting of poles with 2 coats of Al. and red oxide paint including black painting up to a height to 1.50 Meters from bottom and the top with a silver shade. The job includes c/o shuttering and curing, including all carriage up to the site of work (complete in all respects) .

Removing of damaged M.S cross arms along with bracing from the H.T. poles. The job further includes providing and fitting of 75 x 75 x x5 m , 4’-6” long channel iron cross arm including nuts and bolts required for the fixing of the cross arm on H.T poles and 45x45x5 mm, 3’ long angle iron bracing . The job includes installation of H.T Transformer on bed. The job also includes refitting of L.T / H.T circuit complete and testing of H.T Transformer at full load. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 17.07% of the quoted / Negotiated rate of whole item) B. Disassembling of transformer for assessing the nature of fault and damages. The job includes opening of top cover and removal of damaged coils. (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 13.28% of the quoted/ Negotiated rate of whole item) C. Supply of copper wire and Complete rewinding of copper wound H.T Coils as per norms and required specification .The rates are inclusive of old scrap. (Coils prefabricated as per relevant IE- Specification) approximate weight copper winding of each coil = 20 kg.The rate shall be inclusive of rebate on old scrap. Extraction of moisture from the winding assembly with core by way of heat treatment of the same in electric oven at least for 24 hrs at appropriate temperature. Re- tapping of all connection leads and P/F of sleeves to HT/LT connections (The rate per job shall be allowed @ 7.59% of the quoted/ Negotiated rate of whole item) G. Extraction of 9 Meters long M.S tubular H.T tilted poles along with Kiker peoples from the Nigeen lake by way of removing all the insulators , aluminum conductor and errection of 9m long pole by fastening kiker poles at appropriate place. The job includes arrangement of 2 No. big wooden boats, turn buckle, ropes required for extraction of the work. The job also includes cost on account of skilled/unskilled labour and tools and tackles required for erraction of pole. The work is to be carried out in the Nigeen lake and if any eventuality will core during the execution of the work the firm shall be responsible for the same.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick chequered shock proof electric insulating rubber mats of joyti/reputed make confirming to IS:15652 : 2006 With latest amendments. The job also includes removing of damaged rubber mats, cleaning of floor and applying of adhesive on the floor and fixing of rubber mats on the floor around and beneath the electrical panels, starters, motors, D.G Set room , stabilizer etc. so as to ensure safety against electric shock

Disassembling of C-Power CN-CS 1000 C, 3 Pole, 415V Air circuit breaker (ACB) by way of disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing cables , dragging out the ACB , Disassembling it from the cradle . the job further includes disassembling the ACB into parts by way of removing arch Chute , fixed and movable contacts , spring charger motor, Pole assemblies etc. for assessment of damages. The job further includes re-assembling the Complete ACB and assembling it with the cradle and connecting all the incoming and outgoing cables. The job further includes servicing of the ACB By way of checking and cleaning all the parts, applying grease of appropriate grade and specifications to the every part of the ACB which require greasing.
