Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)

Construction of drain of by providing Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) above cement concrete of grade 1:4:8 concrete ,12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 with Neat cement punning,P/L Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of RCC drain os 0.75 m x 0.75 m by providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of earth including royality, excavation, and carriage earth by mechanical transport upto all lead & lifts and banking the same in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods watering, rolling each layer with ½ tone roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with power roller of minimum 8 Tonne and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks and guide banks or filling of ground depressions lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m in all kind of soil

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufacture as per mixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate / screed vibrator, with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixer in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete. Improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. /Note:- The cement contents considered in RMC M-10 is 220 Kg per Cum. If any deviation in quantity on lower side is observed, subjected to approval of job mix formula by Engineer-in-charge, a recovery @ Rs. 10/kg will be deducted. RMC M-10 with cement content less than 200 Kg per cum shall be rejected. Nothin extra shall be paid for excess cement.

Providing and laying (RMC) of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 kg of cement ( 43 grade O.P.C) per cum of concrete, in roads/streets using manufactured in automatic RMC using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate as per approved design criteria, including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of so mixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerates / retard setting of concrete to improve workability with out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically using needle and surface vibrators, leveling to required slope & camber, finishing by floating & brooming with wire brushes etc and curing including making provision for contraction expansion construction of cross longitudinal joints (10mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, complete all as per direction of Engineer in- charge ( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant items )./ Note cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400kg/cum. less cement used as per design mix is / Recovery separately M-30 RMC by using minimum cement @ 400 KG/Cum cement manufactured in automatic batching plant ( RMC plant ) including transportation to site in transit mixture
