Supply & Erracetion of factory fabricated & wired metal clad dust and vermin proof floor mounting, M.S. Channel Base with bottom and top cable entreis indoor/outdoor type Electrical control panel with TPN ACB(65 KA,4Pole Elect draw out , Micor processer Release IPR2 ) and TPN MCCB's (Four Pole 36 KA with thermal magnatic release) Switches and instrument chamber etc.complete in all respects. The instrument chamber shall be separate and shall comprise of flush type/digital ammeter Voltmeter, Selector switches for ammeter and Voltmeter, istrument fuses, current transormer etc. The Board shall have suitable capacity electrolytic aluminium busbars as per IS8623 insulated with heat shrink sleeving and mounted on non hygroscopic supports such as CMC/ DMC support with deteachable side covers and shall be suitable for extension on the sides. The switches entry boxes shall be complete with suitable cable end boxes reverse.
The Job includes the grounting of the board as per directions of Engineer-in charge. All out goings of 100 Amp and above Will be provided with Amp Metre, current transfonners and selector switches etc and insurtrment fuse. The switch board shall be fabicated with CRCA sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.6 mm/2mm. Cubicle type switch board shall be of cat B Only.
