ITEM DESCRIPTION: Annual Rate Contract for supply of pleated type filter cartridges for filters in DPPL RLNG Line. TENDER No: NRPMM22067 (ID: 2022_NRPNP_156624_1)

PREAMBLE OF SCHEDULE OF RATES 1. This preamble is an integral part of the Schedule of Rates and any definition and explanation given herein shall have as much force as though they are incorporated into the description of the items themselves in the Schedule of Rates. 2. No overwriting/ cutting/ use of white fluid are allowed in the SOR. 3. Only unit quantity of each item is considered for the purpose of tendering. However, Actual supply shall be based on Call-Up POs that shall be issued from time to time as per requirement of station under NRPL which may be either lower or in excess of the tendered quantity. 4. Bidder to quote price inclusive of all taxes, duties, GST, packing & forwarding and freight charges upto delivery location. Price has to be quoted "Excess/At Par/Less" w.r.t. estimated rate of items as shown in column F of this sheet .The percentage quoted by the bidder at cell 17F shall be uniformly applicable to all the items. The same can be selected using dropdown next to 17E cell. 5. Bidder to supply the materials upto destination ("Location") on FOR destination basis, accordingly P&F, Freight charges & GST to be included while quoting the rates . 6. GST@18% shall be applicable for all items. In case of any deviation in GST rates, bidders to mention the same in Annexure-III of tender document. 7. Inspection, unloading and transit insurance will be arranged by IOCL. Hence bidder should not consider the same while quoting the price. 8. Evaluation of the tender shall be carried out on Over all landed cost, i.e. including basic prices, Freight charges, Packing & Forwarding and GST rates of all items put together basis. Accordingly, bidder(s) to quote all items of the BoQ and single order will be issued for entire tendered items. 9. Bidder shall submit a scanned copy of the BoQ indicating “quoted” /”not quoted” in all the cells required to be filled (CYAN). The scanned copy of the UN-PRICED BoQ shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. 10. In case any item/spares which is not the part of the BoQ, such deliverable items/spares to be supplied free of cost as per scope of work of tender. Hence, bidder to take note of the financial Uploading of Scanned copy of Price bid is not acceptable and such bid shall be summarily rejected.
