Providing and fixing exhaust fan 18" i/d (450 mm) complete with suitable G.I. sheet of approved make complete in respects

Providing and fixing ceiling fan 1400 mm (56") with speed adjuster of reputed make complete ( make Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Orient) complete in all respects

Supply erection, testing of reputed make CFL vapour light 100 watts with fittings and accessories complete in respects.

PART-II Rapid Sand Filter Bed ( 0.25 MLD) Rapid Sand Filteration Plant RCC Providing and installing water purification plant of 0.25 MLD (0.06 MGD) capacity at Old Water Works Barwala Town comprising of CI pipe from raw water main/pump, inlet box, inlet channel, alum dozing, flash mixing, tapered floculator, rectangular setting tank, filter box, over head reservoir for back wash including pump sets and electric control panel, waste water tank including pump sets and electric control, sluice valves, CI pipes, CI specials, manhole covers, air scour equipment, chemical house including chlorination equipment and arrangement of flow measurement and sand bed complete in all respect O&M for five year Specification of Rapid Sand filteration as under : Annexure 'A' attached. a) Top layer Fine sand screened, cleaned, washed and graded with the following specification from quarry or Jhansi (M.P.) i) Sand shall be of hard and resistant quart or quartzite and free of clay fine particules, shoft grains and dirt of any description. ii) Effective size shall be from 0.35 to 0.55mm iii) Uniformity coefficient shall not be more than 1.20 to 1.80 iv) Ignition loss should not exceed 0.70 percent by weight v) Soluable fraction in hydrocholoric acid shall not exceed 5% by weight vi) Silice content should be not less than 99.7% vii) Specific gravity shall be in the range between 2.25 to 2.65 viii) Wearing loss shall not exceed 3% b) IInd layer Gravel washed and screened, graded from 5mm-2mm (from approved quarry) c) IIIrd layer Gravel washed and screened, graded from 12mm-5mm (from approved quarry) d) IVth layer Gravel washed and screened, graded from 20mm-12mm (from approved quarry) e) Vth layer Gravel washed and screened, graded from 38mm-20mm (from approved quarry) f) Bottom layer Gravel washed and screened, graded from 65mm-38mm (from approved quarry) 2 Providing and fixing cast iron detachable joints duly ISI marked confirming to IS 8794/1978 with upto date amendments suitable for AC pressure pipe Class-15, each joints shall consists of two No. cast iron flanges, One No. cast iron center collar, required No. of nuts and bolts and two No. of rubber sealing rings antic mite quality.
