DRAIN CLEANING DESILTING INCLUDING REMOVAL DIAPOSAL OF SIL VEGETATION OUTSIDE AIR FIELD INCLUDING OF REPAIRS TO STORM WATER DRAIN AROUND DISPERSAL AND VEGETATION CLEARANCE ALONG CHAIN LINK FENCING AND CONCERTINA COIL AT ARAKKONAM

Cleaning the both sides and bottom and top of storm water drain of runway, by removing of all vegetation, roots, grass etc., and removal the spoil to a distance exc 50m but not exc 250m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning /desilting of existing bed of the drains constructed in any masonry, average thickness not exc 30cm including removal of vegetation growth or bushes, roots and getting out including disposing off excavated silt, soil, vegetation, shrubs etc., to a distance not exc 100m where directed and deposited at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft /loose soil, trimming of natural ground, rough excavated surface and filled up area including to removal of vegetation and or small inequalities such as shrubs, bush, weed, trees and sapling not exc 30cm in girth by the means of mechanically JCB/ tractor grader equipment with fairly levelling the undulated ground etc.,complete all as specified and directed. Note: Disposal of wastes /spoil shall be not less than 1 Km.

Cleaning the area along chain link fencing and concertina coil around the runway, by removing all vegetation, roots, grass etc and removal the spoil to a distance not exc 250m where directed and deposited at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any desciption and any position not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge not exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed concrete for drains, surface channels etc., and finishing cement concrete surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) in coping / edging , including necessary form work weathering /slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks laid flat in drains, channels, aprons, etc., (each layer) in laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for bricks, sub class 'B' laid flat, in floors, old size bricks laid dry and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and pointed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Racking out joints /pointing to cement lime mortar to old brick work in walls or to bricks on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick wall masonry in laid flat of drains in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone paving laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick approved quarried stone laid dry in pavings, or any slant hight position face hammer dressed, sides fitted fairly, hollows wedged in with stone chips and interstices filled with approved earth and joints are grouted flush with cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.14 here-in-before but except stone. Note for serial Item No. 1 to 15 : Tenderers kind attention is drawn to the fact that the runway will be avilable ti execute the work on Saturday and Sunday or on any holiday or as required by the user. The tender has to plan the work as per the user's requirment and direction and no claim whatso ever due to stoppage of work on technical/ flying ground of the user will be entertained .
