Facilitation in Office works in implication with 03 No. of Semi -Skilled Workmen (08 Hour Per day per No.) for assisting in office works at Division Office of Executive Engineer (C), ALHW, Rangat Bay. Works includes assisting in various office works, general office assistance, Assistance in the drawing Branch, typing and drafting correspoindence in English and Hindi, operation of various office equipment like, photocopier, telephone, printer, stitching of files, ditribution of office dak and files of general nature among the officers at the Drawing Branch, Establishment Section and Account Section at ALHW Division office. Any other miscellaneous work assigned from time to time as directed by EIC, including cost of all Labour charges, GST and LWC etc., complete. (All multitask works).

Facilitation in Office works in implication with 05 No. of Skilled workmen (08 Hour Per day per No.) for assisting in office works at Division Office of Executive Engineer (C), ALHW, Rangat Bay and Rangat Bay Cell at Sri Vijaya Puram. Works includes assisting in various office works, data entry operator, assisting in power point presentation, assistance in the completion report cell, assisting in maintenance of account records, typing and drafting correspoindence in English and Hindi, preparation of bills, including computerised billing, assisting in preparation of Tender Documents and agreements, performiing general tasks as directed by officers at the Division office, ALHW Rangat Bay. For carrying out all miscellaneous works at Rangat Bay Cell at Sri.Vijayapuram, for collecting and dispatching dak box from boat and dak duty from Rangat Cell & Division Office etc. Any other miscellaneous work assigned from time to time as directed by EIC, including cost of all Labour charges, GST and LWC etc., complete. (All multitask works).

Facilitation in Office works in implication with 02 No. of Highly Skilled workmen with 01 No. (08 Hour Per day per No.) for assisting in works at division office of Executive Engineer (C), ALHW, Rangat Bay and Rangat Bay Cell at Sri Vijaya Puram. Works includes assisting in various office and technical works , general office assistance in Civil, IT, and Electrical etc, to support in skill management and procurement processes, assistance in the Drawing Branch, assisting in Maintenance of Account Record and financial verification of statement, prepared by staff, assisting in review of estimates and data accuracy checks, typing and drafting correspondences in English and Hiindi, preparation of bills, including computerized billing, assisting in preparation of tender document and agreements performing general tasks as directed by officers at the Division Office. Any other miscellaneous work assigned from time to time as directed by EIC, including cost of all Labour charges, GST and LWC etc., complete. (All multitask works).
